At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. “Olivia did an absolutely amazing job in making our wedding day everything we hoped for. It's hard to know where to start because wow she just knocked it out of the park from start to finish. If you have any hesitation in hiring a planner we are here to say do it! and hire Olivia, you will have no regrets and it would have been impossible to handle all the day of coordination and enjoy the day and be present with each other if Olivia was hard at work behind the scenes. She is incredible at here job and guided us every step of the way answering question and always there to bounce ideas off of. “Ashley of Blue Lark Events is a life saver. She helped me with venue research and day of services for a very reasonable fee. What I appreciated the most about Ashley is that she helped me stay organized. What I loved about Ashley was that she made some great suggestions and answered questions about what is common and she explained wedding trends. She saved me time, effort and money, as I otherwise would have made some decisions that were more expensive than were needed for the circumstances. One of the highlights of the wedding - that was loved by my guests and me - was Ashley's suggestion to do a photo bomb. Screw the photo both. You are the prop for people's photos. Stick the couple in the middle of the dance floor, play an upbeat song, and explain to everyone that they need to run behind the couple for a quick photo, taking turns. Rapid fire and in real time, those photos were hilarious. Folks grouped up for shots and couples jumped in our laps. Ashley also helped me source a really good photographer. What struck me the most was that I knew she was really great at her job after our various meetings over the course of many months, but my spouse didn't really interact with her much prior to the wedding. At the wedding he was like, "oh my God, Ashley has a sixth sense for whenever something is about to go wrong!" I was so smug - with a I told you so look in response. Be it a broken glass cigar ash tray that met the cement and is now attempting to ruin your shoes, an overturned umbrella making a run for it or that sound system that just is not acting as expected - she was there problem solving. After we got behind during the dinner speeches (which of course, she warned me about but I didn't police the speech writing), I lost all sense of control and LOVED IT. She was like you are dancing now, you are cutting cake now, you are photo bombing now - in much more rapid succession than had been planned. It was such a relief to just have someone handle us, as if we were celebrities getting ushered from one high profile moment to the next! Her quick action helped us make up time so that our guests weren't waiting around and so our vendors could be released on time. So why haven't you emailed Blue Lark Events yet? Do it now. PS - I included a picture that my photographer snapped right before the ceremony started. You can tell future hubbie needed to just be near someone and was regretting his decision to not have a groomsman wait with him. But it was fine, because Ashley's sixth sense was there. Always ready to calmly say what is about to happen and what will follow next. When I asked hubbie what Ashley said to him in this moment, he said, "I have no idea, but I guarantee you she was not freaking out like I was."”

“Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. The property was amazing (and quite large) and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was the right choice for the venue. Brit and Michael (owners of MWC) worked the whole day to coordinate with the venue, and multiple vendors, as well as the families and guests, while staying cool and professional the whole time. (I arrived early and snapped a pic of Brit and Michael during during setup) I've been a guest at several weddings in the last few years in Oregon and I have to say that none went as smoothly from the minute we parked to the time we left the venue. “Would give higher than 5 stars if we could! We worked with McKenzie at TIB and we could not have had a more seamless and wonderful experience. McKenzie took over all of the small details leading up to and including the big day, and most importantly, allowed us to actually live in the moment during our wedding. During the wedding itself, McKenzie was somehow simultaneously out of sight and everywhere we needed her to be. It was the most magical and stress-free day and it was all because of her and her team. “I was the Mother of the Bride. We had the wedding at our house, and Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything before the wedding with a couple of visits to the house and via calls and email. On the day of, Jenny took care of everything- it wasn't the smoothest day because we had rain (Oregon), but Jenny was flawless in handling it.
