My event philosophy is centered around the people. Not just the couple, but all the wonderful friends and family who are sharing this day with you. Decorations are an important and lovely part of a wedding, but I try to always remember why we spend all this time and resources on a party - because we want the people we love to celebrate with us. If this sounds like your priority, we will probably be a good fit!
I was a project manager for 10 years before planning my own wedding. I had always thought the skills would translate well to wedding planning, and boy was I right! Over the course of months of research, spreadsheets, and plumbing the depths of my project management skills, I realized people are expected to plan their weddings without the benefit of professional training, and then never use those skills again. Let’s bring your vision to life without all the stress!

Kaila is amazing!
Kaila is wonderful at what she does. You can tell she truly cared about making our big day go smoothly. She took care of vendor communications, questions from family, and of course questions from us all day. She helps you think of small details and big considerations leading up to the day and helps keep you on schedule throughout the night. We wouldn’t have had a successful wedding without her. Amazing Last Minute Help
We were going into our big day without a solid plan and Kaila stepped in at the last minute to help us out. There were so many things we hadn't thought about and her guidance and experience really smoothed out the details. Samantha of Rose & Fern Events is AWESOME!
We swear there were three Samanthas working ahead of the day and on the day of our daughter’s wedding. She was that good. Every single thing that needed to be done was done perfectly.
