Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

You'll be working directly with me, Natasha, the founder and creative director of Parker & Paloma Events! I intentionally run a boutique studio, which means from our very first consultation to the final hug at the end of your wedding night, I am your dedicated partner and creative guide. For larger events, I bring on trusted, professional assistants to ensure a seamless on-site experience, but your vision, planning, and communication will always be personally handled by me.

Question 2

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

Absolutely! We know your engagement and wedding is an expansive universe of events, not just a single day. We love designing and coordinating the entire journey, from a chic bridal shower to a killer welcome party that kicks things off in style or a relaxed farewell brunch to say your goodbyes. We're here to make every single moment of your wedding experience cohesive, fun, and completely stress-free.

Question 3

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

Accepted Answer

The amount of time we spend together is completely tailored to the package you choose and your personal style! With The Parker (Full-Service), you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. We handle everything, providing seamless updates so you can focus on the fun parts. With The Paloma (Supportive Planning), we are your creative co-pilots. We’ll have our dedicated monthly check-in meetings to keep us on track, plus plenty of email support in between. With The Zoe (Event Management), our time is focused and efficient in the final 6-8 weeks, with a few key, in-depth meetings to ensure a flawless handoff.

Question 4

We aren't a 'tradition for tradition's sake' couple. Is that okay?

More than okay—it’s our specialty! We love couples who want to ditch the stuffy rules and focus on what actually matters: a vibrant, funky celebration that feels like you. Whether you want a neon-filled dance party or an unconventional venue, we’re here to make it happen flawlessly.

What does 'vibrant and funky' look like in practice?

Accepted Answer

It means we lean into bold color palettes, unique textures, and creative guest experiences. We prioritize high-energy atmospheres and "wow" moments over cookie-cutter decor. Check out our gallery to see how we translate "funky" into sophisticated, high-end design.

Question 6

You’re based in the Bay Area—do you charge travel fees for Portland or Phoenix?

Accepted Answer

No! We consider Portland and Phoenix our "home away from home" markets. If your wedding is in either of those cities, we waive all travel fees. For other destinations, we offer custom travel-inclusive quotes so there are never any hidden surprises.

I saw you offer bespoke stationery. How does that work with planning?

Accepted Answer

This is our favorite "extra"! Because we believe design should be cohesive from the first save-the-date to the final thank-you note, Natasha offers custom stationery and website design. For our Parker and Paloma clients, we even offer a 50% discount on stationery design fees. It’s the easiest way to ensure your wedding branding is 100% unique.

My family has...big personalities. Can you handle the 'people management' side?

Trust me that I'm on the same page as you - with a background in corporate event logistics and inclusion & belonging programs, I am an expert at navigating complex family dynamics and "blending" different traditions. My goal is to be the calm in the storm so you can just enjoy being the guests of honor.
