“Christina is a phenomenal wedding coordinator who always makes you feel like she has your back. On wedding day, she made sure to handle all of the chaos behind the scenes (I later found out she made several saves without me knowing!), all so that I could be present and enjoy the day. In the planning process, she worked to understand our vision for how we wanted the day to look/feel and she gave great recommendations. This is 100% her dream job and it shows – time and time again she went the extra mile for us! For example, we told her a few months before our wedding that we were considering a videographer, and she found several options for us within budget. When we told her we didn’t know what we wanted to do for music, and she provided us with several quotes for live music. In our month-before planning meeting she brought up a ton of questions that we had not thought of – and had all the solutions for us on deck! Just having a second eye on everything was well worth it – let alone the fact that she and her sister stayed until the very end of the night to make sure everything was put away securely. All in all, I can’t recommend LoveLee Occasions enough. Our day would not have come together like it did without her help!”

“Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. “We worked with Katie for our wedding and we could not recommend her enough. We were unsure about incorporating a coordinator in our budget and I’m so glad we did. My partner and I both said it was the best decision we made. Katie was always timely and reliable with communication. During our planning calls, she brought up things that I never would have thought of which helped our day run smoothly. She always had patience with my many questions. She helped us personalize our day to be representative of us as a couple, highlighting what was important to us. She helped with communication and follow up with vendors which alleviated some of the stress and “to do” items leading up to the wedding. Katie was incredibly helpful with running our rehearsal, ensuring that our family and friends knew what to do and had their questions answered as well. Our day ran so smoothly and I’m sure there was much Katie helped with behind the scenes that made that happen. She helped with set up and take down of decorations, always made sure we had a drink if we wanted one, and was the go-to person for everyone’s questions which took a lot of stress of off me and allowed us to enjoy our day.
