    Bailee was our wedding bestie from our very first conversation. After interviewing multiple coordinators, what sold us was her promise: _"I will take care of everything day-of, and you won’t have to talk to a single vendor."_ If you understand the stress of vendor communication, you know what a blessing it is to focus entirely on your day while she manages the logistics. Our wedding flowed seamlessly, earning us endless compliments—a direct result of Bailee’s elite planning and timeline skills. She was everywhere I needed her to be, whether assisting during photos or picking up lunch for the bridal party. Additionally, she brought a rockstar team that handled all on-site decorations perfectly. We truly couldn’t have had such an amazing day without Bailee and her team!

    Best Day-Of-Coordinator EVER!!!

    Hiring Bailee was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding at Pazzo’s in Chicago. From the moment she arrived that morning, she brought such calm, positive energy that instantly made me feel at ease. She stepped right in and took complete control of the day in the most effortless way, making sure every single detail came together perfectly. Bailee managed all of our vendors with such professionalism and grace. When a few unexpected hiccups happened throughout the day, she handled each one so quickly and quietly that I didn’t even know there were any issues until after the wedding was over. She communicated with everyone clearly, kept us on schedule, and problem-solved with such calm confidence that it felt like everything just flowed naturally. She made sure our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception transitions were seamless and not once did I feel rushed or stressed. She also went above and beyond in the little ways that made such a difference. She checked in on me constantly, helped bustle my dress, fluffed my veil before walking down the aisle, made sure our décor looked exactly how I envisioned it, and even gathered all of our personal items at the end of the night so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly treated our wedding as if it were her own. Because of Bailee, we were able to be completely present and enjoy every single moment of our day. I didn’t have to worry about timelines, vendor arrivals, or any of the behind-the-scenes chaos that comes with a wedding. I just got to soak in every second, knowing she had everything under control. If you’re getting married in Chicago (or anywhere, honestly), do yourself the biggest favor and hire Bailee. She’s organized, kind, calm under pressure, and has such an incredible eye for detail. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and she played a huge part in making that happen. We’ll be forever grateful for her!

The last 2 months have been such a wonderful time getting to know you guys to create a breathtaking and perfect wedding day.     Best wedding planner ever

    Bailee was so considerate my whole day! She had multiple phone calls with me made my timeline, reached out to all my vendors, and made my day so special I can’t even express how much I loved her! She did things I didn’t even think to do/ nor did I have to ask her to do anything she just did it! She is going to kill it in this industry! She is so sweet and bubbly and I absolutely ADORED her! Worth ever penny! THANK YOU BAILEE!

    Bailee is the best!

    Refined Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, their communication was prompt, transparent, and highly effective.     We were so grateful for Refined Events and their wedding event design services. From the very beginning, their communication was fast and detailed - they were incredibly helpful, communicative, and attentive to all of our needs. On the day of the wedding, they handled the set up and tear down of all the decor seamlessly, and were super communicative in getting our approval on the designs.
