Hi, my name is Savanna Koenig, owner of Rustic Rose Events. Rustic Rose Events is a wedding and events business that has been a dream of mine since I was 16 yrs. Old. Now 8 years later my dream has become a reality and I have been assisting brides all around Wisconsin for the past two years helping them plan their perfect wedding day, including planning every detail of my own wedding in May of 2023. I look forward to assisting you with your wedding or event needs.

    Savanna is your girl!

    Savanna was absolutely incredible, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more. From the very beginning of the day, she set everything up perfectly—every detail from our set up instructions was perfect, and even better than we imagined. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. Her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail made such a difference throughout the entire day. At the end of the night, she went above and beyond by getting every little thing cleaned up in time, making the whole process seamless for us and our families. We are so grateful for her hard work and dedication—she truly made our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable. Absolutely hire Savanna, she is amazing!

    Super helpful

    Savanna was super helpful on our wedding day! She helped make sure things were running smoothly and on time. I was able to hand over all the wedding day details. She was also super helpful with organizing/guiding everyone to the ceremony site and making sure I wasn’t seen by the groom, etc. I’m so glad I had her help on my wedding day!

    Truly an invaluable addition to your big day

    I can't say enough good things about Savanna and Olivia's help at our wedding October 19! Between corralling our ridiculously ADD wedding party at the rehearsal, helping us keep track of the timeline throughout the day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and getting everything in place and moved between the ceremony area and the reception hall, they were absolute life-savers. Truly worth every penny and then some! If you're nervous about your wedding not going smoothly for any reason, you will absolutely not regret booking Rustic Rose to make your big day the best it possibly can be.

    Savanna was amazing!

    Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!

    Best Choice I made for my Wedding

    Hiring Savanna was truly the best decision I made for my wedding. I brought her on last minute, and I can honestly say I could not have done this day without her. From the second she stepped in, she thought of everything. She was organized, timely, and always one step ahead. She kept me on track, kept my entire wedding party on track, and made sure the day flowed so smoothly. I never once felt overwhelmed because I knew Savanna had it handled. She set everything up beautifully, made sure every detail was exactly how I envisioned it, and even took care of cleanup at the end of the night. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day instead of managing it — and that is something I will forever be grateful for. Savanna is incredibly talented, professional, calm under pressure, and just genuinely amazing at what she does. If you are even thinking about hiring her, do it. You will not regret it. She is simply the best.
