We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. “Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

“When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!”

“I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted.
