With a unique background in corporate events/marketing, I bring a blend of creativity and precision to every celebration. I founded Collecting Memories to offer couples a seamless, stress-free planning experience so they can enjoy their big day!

I have a unique background with events and project management, allowing me to pay extreme attention to the fine details that often go overlooked. I use a waterfall approach to planning to help get all the small action items done, which lead to the bigger goal. With me, nothing goes missed!

    Rachel is a go getter ! Her genuine passion to make sure you are happy with the outcome is one of most important qualities we look for when hiring a planner. Yes anyone can do the job but will they care enough to make sure you are happy with the outcome? You can truly see her passion for what she does, she works hard to make sure she can deliver what your vision is, she is very easy to communicate with. She has a very sweet personality but wants your honest input if you don’t like something. You won’t regret working with Rachel she is amazing!

    Attention to detail

    Great experience

    I had a wonderful experience using Collective Memories for my wedding earlier this year. Rachel is professional, organized, and very easy to work with. She suggested many things that I would not have thought of and helped plan a perfect party for a large group I needed help planning. She was responsive and made time for all of my questions. I will absolutely use her services in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner.
