“I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing! I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful! The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. “Chris was our day of coordinator and he absolutely killed it. My husband was hesitant at first at the idea of hiring a day of coordinator but by the end of the event, we could not even imagine doing it without him. Chris was invaluable and made the entire event run so smoothly, he handled everything. My husband would think of something that needed to get done, like fill the coolers with ice or bring out the drinks, and Chris was already on it. We had a nontraditional wedding in a very nontraditional location and I spent so much time planning every last detail and Chris was able to take over and perfectly execute my vision and I could just relax, be present, and really enjoy the day. I was a little worried about handing the reins to someone else because a lot of what we did was nontraditional, but Chris made sure the event looked like us, not what a wedding is "supposed" to look like. I had zero stress on the day, which is crazy lol. Everybody loved Chris, us and the whole wedding party. He has a very calm and chill energy which made all of us very calm as well. Very good vibes. He also was very professional and it was clear that he has a ton of experience and used that experience to make sure the event run very smoothly and that everybody had a good time. He took over about a month before the wedding, which was way more helpful than I would've thought. I've never planned an event like a wedding before so dealing with the vendors and all their questions (and some of them were kinda pushy) was a lot and I was soo happy I could give that to someone else. I got to just focus on the fun details like decor and design and he got annoying job of dealing with vendor scheduling and coordinating timelines with like 4 different vendors coming in who had never even been to the venue before. Also super helpful that Creative Happens also has rentals so I was able to rent stuff like easels from him at the very last minute. Without Chris, we would have been stressed out and running around the whole day trying to get everything done and trying to figure out logistics. Instead we got to have the time of our lives at our party. The best thing you can do for your wedding is to hire Creative Happens. 100% won't regret it.”

“10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! “Heather and her team at Wind n’ Sea Events were absolutely wonderful. From our first meeting, Heather made me feel comfortable by getting to know me to understand my vision for our wedding. I hired Heather for month of wedding coordination. As the wedding got close, Heather contacted me to make sure we were still on the same page about the rehearsal and wedding day. She ensured that the ceremony was as smooth as possible. We were requiring all of our guests be tested for Covid the day of the wedding, and Heather coordinated gathering the test results and ensuring everyone was negative. During the reception, Heather coordinated our vendors to keep things running on our agreed timeline. I surprised my husband with a Hawaiian Wedding Dance and Heather was there to help me change out of my wedding dress and into my performance dress in the four minutes I had to change. I would have been a mess of stress and anxiety without Heather and Wind N’ Sea Events. I cannot recommend them more highly!”

“We hired Charnecia to plan our August 2021 wedding in northern Virginia and she was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From the beginning she was warm and approachable, and made the hectic and overwhelming nature of planning a wedding (especially during a pandemic!) an overall smooth process. For as warm and friendly as she was, she also maintained utmost professionalism throughout the process, helping us navigate some tricky vendor partners and all the stress that goes along with a destination wedding in a mountain town (again, during a pandemic! navigating date changes, COVID restrictions, guest travel, etc!).
