I started my career in the corporate world, taking on various roles in marketing, event planning, project management and business operations. Creating MHE is my way of combining all those experiences into one job that I’m truly passionate about. I love every part of the planning process, from the tiniest details to the biggest moments. My goal is to bring your vision to life and create unforgettable memories that reflect your unique love story.

Description	For couples who want an experienced planner from day one. I’ll guide you through every step—from defining your vision and building your budget to assembling your vendor team. We’ll create a cohesive, personalized celebration, finalize the details, and keep everything on track so your day feels seamless and truly yours.	For couples who’ve started planning but want support. You choose 3 vendors to focus on—I’ll guide selections, offer recommendations, attend meetings, and manage communication. For the rest, I’ll step in about 6 weeks out to tie up loose ends and finalize logistics, giving you confidence while keeping flexibility.	For the couple who’s handled the planning but wants a professional to bring it all together. I step in about 3 months out to help finalize logistics, confirm details with your vendor team, and build a clear, cohesive timeline for the day. From managing communication to running the show, I’m here to make sure everything stays on track—so you can enjoy your day without a worry.

Dream Spring Wedding
Meagan was such a dream to work with! We hired her for partial planning after picking our venue, and at the time, I had barely any clue what I wanted the day to look like (I literally started with just 'spring'!). Meagan patiently guided us through the entire process, turned our vague ideas into a stunning reality, and executed the day flawlessly. My family kept commenting how relaxed I was on our wedding day, and I know it was because I could trust Meagan to handle everything. We are so thankful to have found her!

Simply the best!
We couldn’t have asked for a better planner for our intimate civil ceremony celebration. Meagan made the entire process seamless and stress-free from start to finish. She coordinated everything, from the courthouse schedule to an intimate dinner and styled shoot afterwards. All of the details were *chef’s kiss* and made a special day even more memorable. We highly recommend her for all celebrations, whether small or large! We are extremely grateful to have had Meagan bring this day to life.

Megan is th absolute best wedding planner!
Megan was the absolute best! She was on top of everything and was so wonderful to work with. Professional, kind and helpful! She made the wedding day absolutely perfect! My son and his wife didn’t have to worry about a thing! I will hopefully get to work with her again when my other kids get married. She is amazing and so talented!

my Pinterest board but IRL.
Planning a destination wedding at the San Diego Botanic Garden while living hours away felt… a little overwhelming. Enter Meagan. She’s extremely organized, which was perfect for my free-flowing, idea-filled planning style. She connected us with so many amazing vendors and helped bring my Pinterest board to life exactly as I envisioned. Having her there made the whole process so much easier, and the day came together beautifully. We could enjoy the wedding without stressing over the details, thanks to her support every step of the way.
