This package is completely customizable based on your specific needs for support, and includes consistent check-ins, an in person site-visit, vendor and pricing research, contract reviews, design direction, and everything in our Coordination package.		Feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do? We’ve got you. Together, we’ll build your dream team of event pros while offering guidance on budget, etiquette, and design. This package is completely customizable based on your specific needs for support, and includes consistent check-ins, an in person site-visit, vendor and pricing research, contract reviews, design direction, and everything in our Coordination package.	With our comprehensive Coordination package, our team steps in 6 weeks prior to your event weekend to pull all of your party puzzle pieces together. You can relax knowing that our team is busy ironing out your event’s logistical details and tbd’s, so that everything comes together properly. On the day of, your assigned production team will be on site start to finish, keeping everything on time and under control.

Dawn is the. Effin. BEST!
As a photographer who has documented over 300 weddings, I have worked with my fair share of planners - and there is nobody I get more excited to work with than Dawn and her extraordinary team. Not only does she do a SPECTACULAR job creating fun, interesting, and cool custom designs while also managing all of her clients’ needs, she also is so on top of managing all her fellow vendors respectfully and effectively. She has always been the best in Brooklyn (that’s why she is on almost every preferred vendor list in town!!!) and now that she is bicoastal in LA, too, she gets to expand her absolutely amazing business - but also that means you should book her ASAP before somebody else nabs her.

Dawn is amazing and collaborative...
As a fellow vendor, I’ve worked with Dawn on several occasions for some of the most favorite experiences I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate on. She’s warm, welcoming, easy-going and has constantly exceeded expectations of what its like to work with someone who is also organized and concise. Photographer's Dream Planner!
As a wedding photographer who has shot 200 weddings all across the US and world, there's nothing that makes me happier or sets me more at ease than when I know Dawn and her team are handling an event. They always make an event flow smoothly and smartly without imposing, perfecting the balance of being hands on and not in your face.
