Working with Sandra Cooper (Love Within the Details) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We are so grateful for Sandra—she not only made our wedding day fabulous and beautiful, but she was also such a steady encouraging guide throughout the whole planning process. We had an at-home wedding and initially thought we just needed just a day-of coordinator. When we spoke to Sandra, she encouraged us to bring on a part- or full-time planner—she was clear (in the most respectful way) about what it actually takes to pull off a successful at-home wedding. She also wouldn’t even move forward with us until she had visited the property to feel confident that our vision was achievable. Sandra was also a supportive partner throughout the planning process—Sandra kept us grounded, helped us make decisions, and held us lovingly accountable when we started to second-guess ourselves (we’re still grateful she talked us into sticking with the blue tablecloths!). And on the wedding weekend, Sandra was calm and focused yet adaptable in the face of unforeseen challenges. For example, a few hours before our welcome party, there was a change in the weather and we needed to switch locations at our venue. Sandra handled everything herself and simply kept us updated along the way, and it even turned out better than the original plan! Another example, the train of my wedding dress ripped and was causing issues before guests arrived at cocktail hour. Sandra calmly used a sew gun to reattach the train, without elevating anyone’s stress level. These examples capture everything about who Sandra is: unshakeable, solutions-oriented, and deeply committed to making sure the day feels joyful and seamless for everyone involved. Sandra was so much more than a planner—she was a partner, a coach, a fixer, a guide, and a friend. If you’re planning a wedding—especially an at-home one—you want Sandra in your corner. Full stop.

Melisa and her team set up a mobile bar that made the party go all night long! We had a very unique set up and their flexibility was amazing! The custom drinks reflected my husband and I perfectly! She went above and beyond by providing a guide on how to prepare for the amount of alcohol for our wedding too! This information was super helpful because we had to use a vendor onsite but we had all the information!! Tasty drinks and an amazing time!

Events By Tyler was an amazing choice for our day of coordination for our wedding. Tyler and her assistant were direct, professional, and clear in their communication, which helped us with some important pieces of the planning process, vendor coordination leading up to the wedding (including monitoring the weather and considering rain plans), and helped the rehearsal and day of go seamlessly. They were detailed, thorough, and clearly have done this many times before- we truly couldn't have done it without them. They jumped in at critical points to adjust the timeline and direct the emcee when needed and was on top of everything. Even my usually critical dad commented multiple times on how much he liked Tyler's approach and friendly, but down to business, attitude. Truly professional and made our day run perfectly.

I cant rave about OLW enough! From start to finish Angelina guided and assisted us in all the ways we needed. Im based in LA and we had our wedding in SF. We planned everything remotely and she executed everything flawlessly. I never once felt unease or felt like i had to fly out and take care of anything myself. Our actual wedding day landed on a day where 75% of the city had a black out, raining, and on christmas week. Our ceremony venue ended up calling us the night before our wedding day CANCELING!! Angelina and the rest of the amazing women in OLW somehow made a magical wedding happen for us. It was truly a night to remember. Im forever grateful. This is a team of passionate amazing women capable of executing absolutely anything you throw at them. We would have been lost without them. I dont think there would even have been a wedding without them. All of the women in OLW are amazing i truly felt like i was at home with these women. They also have wedding packages that are very affordable! If your looking for a wedding planner im telling you!!!! OUR LITTLE WEDDING IS IT!!! Brooke from Orchard Avenue Events is absolutely amazing! She made our entire wedding day flow effortlessly from start to finish. We found Brooke by searching for wedding planners that had worked with our venue (Timber Cove Resort) before. Having worked there before, it was a huge plus that she already knew the coordinators and had cultivated relationships with trusted vendors who were familiar with the property. This insider knowledge made our planning process very smooth. We decided to go with the partial planning package, which fit our needs well. Early in the planning process, we'd spend time researching vendors on our own as well as ask Brooke for her recommendations, then reach out to the vendors on both of our lists. We found ourselves choosing her suggestions almost every time. Her industry experience and keen eye for quality vendors became obvious very quickly, yet she never made us feel pressured to go with any particular choice. She simply provided excellent options and let us make the decisions. Throughout the entire process, Brooke was incredibly mindful of our budget. In our very first meeting, she showed us a detailed budget from a previous wedding she did at our venue and walked us through each line item, pointing out areas where we might want to allocate more or less based on our priorities. This level of transparency and attention to detail immediately gave us confidence in her approach. Her communication style was exactly what we needed. We often sent her emails late at night, and Brooke would consistently respond first thing the next morning with clear, comprehensive answers. There was not a single time that she didn’t address a concern in one of our emails, even when we sent her massive lists. She was also always proactive about letting us know when she'd be on vacation well in advance, allowing us to plan our questions and timeline accordingly. Brooke's flexibility was another standout quality. While our contract only covered the wedding day itself, we had planned a Welcome Dinner the night before and a Farewell Brunch the day after that we intended to handle ourselves. Unlike other planners we'd heard about from our friends who strictly limit their involvement to contracted days (which is understandable), Brooke was incredibly supportive when questions came up about these additional events. She went above and beyond by helping us order linens from the rental company and create layouts for these extra events. Not to say that future clients should expect this kind of support for non-contracted events by any means, but we were grateful for her willingness to lend a helping hand with the extra details that made our entire wedding weekend cohesive and stress-free. When our wedding day arrived, everything ran flawlessly! Even when we had a last-minute request to move our toasts indoors due to wind and chilly weather, Brooke handled it seamlessly without missing a beat. We can't imagine having planned our wedding without Brooke. Her expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for our vision made what could have been an overwhelming process both enjoyable and successful. We truly couldn’t think of anything negative when she asked for our feedback after the wedding. We absolutely recommend her without reservation!

Jessica was amazing to work with! We had 2 months to plan our micro-wedding and she made the whole process very seamless and fun. We picked the partial planning package, and she recommended great vendors that fit our vision to a T and gave us tons of advice. The online platform that is included with the package is also super easy to use and has cool tools. She was super communicative in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on top of it on the day of. Literally nothing went wrong on the day of the wedding, which was an amazing relief (and surprise since you always hear crazy stories). Our decoration/design looked amazing! The timeline she made for us was perfect. We even finished early with pictures before our ceremony giving us even more time than intended to touch up and relax before the big moment.
