Based in Sonoma County, CA, we provide partial planning, coordination, and curated beverage experiences for celebrations in Wine Country and select destinations. We focus on the details that matter most and partner with couples to provide strategic, hands-on planning support. We serve as curators, hosts, and trusted guides throughout the process. Our goal is to make sure you feel calm, confident, and full of joy on your big day.

We are your planner, day-of coordinator, and bartending team all in one! Not only do we offer couples multiple services, we take an elevated approach to everything that we do. Our role goes beyond bars and timelines. Each celebration we plan is crafted with intention and designed to feel like YOU.

    Best Wedding Bartenders Ever!!!!

    Crafted. & Co were our wedding bartenders and they were BEYOND incredible. By far the best vendor we hired... we had our wedding at a winery and were bummed we couldn't have real liquor even though we still wanted special/yummy cocktails. They researched what they could use (alcohol wise) and curated the most amazing drinks that all of our guests were raving about. They also came to our house and did a super fun tasting of every drink option. They were professional, fun and so hard-working. I recommned them to everyone and hope we can have another event with them in the future. They are THE BEST!!!

    Incredible Drinks!

    Crafted catered drinks for my wedding. They provided a phenomenal at-home tasting experience where we tried a dozen drinks and narrowed down to four. Our venue was at a winery, which didn't have a liquor license. Creating low ABV drinks that remind of you the classics isn't super easy but Crafted nailed it! Highly recommend them for their level of service, responsiveness, and quality of their cocktails.

    Perfect craft cocktails for wedding!

    Crafted. & Company was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding! From our first interaction, their communication style was polite, responsive, and customer-oriented. The quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional - they were easy to work with, fun, respectful. They worked closely with us to whip up our customized craft cocktails and to create the bar experience that we envisioned for our wedding. We are so grateful to Katie, David, and the whole team for helping make our wedding day super special and fun!
