Megan, what can I say! You totally blew us away! With my other daughter’s wedding 20 years ago, we didn’t have a wedding planner and I truly didn’t know all that you did! Wow! Can I say Wow! You went beyond anything that I expected. Because this was a long distance wedding, our video calls that planned the entire event made it easy! You mapped it out, updated it every time we talked and truly made it fun, doable and easy to follow. The day of the wedding, while you are a soft spoken lady, you had power behind your voice that told us exactly what to do with a smile and laugh every time! I LOVE timelines and made 5 copies of the one you made us to give to our photographers, the mom in laws and anyone else who needed a timeline for that day. It was invaluable! The ideas of bubble send off, to the lighted sticks for dancing and bringing them out about halfway through the dancing part of the reception to jumpstart the energy again was spot on! Your experience of what to make it a memorable day, but relaxing was so helpful! The video you sent to us the next day I have shared with so many people, having you take those during the wedding day was so cool because we haven’t gotten our photos yet, but people want to see! If I can figure out how to load the video, I’ll add it to the review! Again, thank you so much for making my Maggie and Hector’s day memorable and fun! Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!

I literally could not have gotten through our big day without Chelsea. From planning/timelines, to decor execution, vendor communication, I just literally have so much I could say about how beautifully it all came together. My caterer showed up with the wrong amount of food (didn’t use the finalized contract) and our security guard no showed us meaning no alcohol until we got someone there. Chelsea was right in there with everyone else calling and trying to get it figured out. Do not hesitate in using her as your planner or coordinator! It’s one of the most important decisions you make!

My now-wife and I came into our wedding planning season in the most overwhelming way possible, we had both just stepped into demanding new roles at work and were completely stretched thin. Hiring Jeanette as our day-of coordinator was, without question, the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Our wedding was no small feat: a 22-person wedding party and over 220 guests, many of whom aren't always the most organized. Jeanette handled every single moving piece with grace and precision. Everyone was exactly where they needed to be, exactly when they needed to be there. The day ran like clockwork. What truly set her apart, though, was that she didn't just manage the logistics, but she made sure we actually enjoyed our wedding. She went out of her way to ensure the bride and groom were present, happy, not distracted and having the time of our lives. That's rare, and it made all the difference. Brandi is an excellent wedding planner and I would highly recommend her for your wedding planning needs. She really went above and beyond my expectations. I'm a pretty anxious person when it comes to planning, so this was money well spent. I appreciated how easy-going she was to work with and how she made me feel supported and confident in my decisions as I tend to get analysis paralysis or feeling overwhelmed fairly easy. She is highly organized and, very quickly, I could tell she was highly reliable and able arrange everything to keep me on schedule. I went with the full "Dont have to lift a finger" package which I highly recommend for anyone. When I had questions or concerns, she was already 2 steps ahead of me. I was able to fully relax (well mostly ;-)) on my wedding day and didnt have to really do anything, but get in my dress and show up. Also, Brandi has tons of decorations to choose from which are also included in the package. I was very happy that I didnt have to spend extra money on decorations that were probably just going to be used once and end up in a landfill. At the end of the day, there was only two large trash bags for a wedding of 70 people and that made me very happy. The wedding was beautiful and everyone had such a great time! I had so many compliments from everyone that attended. Brandi was there all day with her crew and making sure everything ran smoothly-- I really felt taken care of. This is truly her passion. I can't believe I ever thought I could do without! As soon as I began working with Jess my planning process went from fun to incredible. She managed the little last minute details while I could enjoy the days leading up to our wedding. She helped me make decisions when I asked for help, but always supported me and never pressured me to do anything a certain way. She handled last minute changes to our ceremony and a rainy day shift like a champ. She was super positive, kind, and organized. Our wedding was perfect! Even my other guests and vendors were complimenting me on her! Working with SEG was great as well, they made booking and payment easy and checked in with us directly throughout the process. I can't recommend them enough.

We are so thankful we found Events in a Crunch as our day of planner for our wedding - Adaobi and her team made the process much easier. We had planned to manage the day-of ourself using friends & family, and we are so glad we didn't! We did the middle package "Crunch Planning" which starts 4 months out. Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. They also made sure the various tables were set-up just as we had laid out. Even the little details like sneakily fluffing my wife's dress just before we walked down the aisle - very appreciated. We had a wonderful day and highly recommend Events in a Crunch!

I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.
