I’m Jacquelyn (Jacque) an Event Planner and Coordinator located in San Antonio, TX who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and bringing people together for life’s most special moments. With 3 years in the industry, I specialize in planning and coordinating events with attention to detail, organization, and creativity to ensure every celebration runs smoothly. I work closely with clients to understand their vision and turn it into a beautiful, stress-free event. My goal is to handle the details so my clients can relax and enjoy their day.

    Stress-free Thanks to an Amazing Coordinator

    We are so incredibly grateful we had Jacquelyn as our day-of coordinator! Even though we only connected about two weeks before our wedding, she stepped in seamlessly and made such a huge impact on our day. From the very beginning, she was extremely organized, responsive, and proactive. She kept in touch with us almost daily, always making time to answer questions, talk through details, and help us feel confident and prepared. It truly felt like we had much more than just a “day-of” coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was coming together smoothly. She also took the initiative to reach out to all of our other vendors, which lifted so much stress off of us. One of the most amazing surprises was her connecting us with a promotion for a free dance floor through another vendor, which made our reception even more special! On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully relax and enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail because we knew she had it covered. If you’re looking for someone who is attentive, resourceful, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, we cannot recommend her enough. She truly helped bring our wedding vision to life!
