Carrie was completely different. She asked thoughtful questions about what I wanted the day to feel like and what kind of experience I wanted for my guests. I truly felt she was focused on understanding my vision and bringing it to life in a way that worked for me.
From there, she went above and beyond at every step. She consistently reached out first to check on progress, and I was honestly amazed at how quickly she responded to texts and emails—even when I worried I might be asking too much. Without me prompting, she would often mention that she had already checked in with vendors and completed multiple confirmations, which gave me so much peace of mind.
We ran into a few communication hiccups with our venue, and Carrie stepped in seamlessly and handled everything—I didn’t have to lift a finger. Even though we’re both based in the city and the venue was about 1.5–2 hours away, she insisted on doing a site visit as part of her services, which meant so much.
On the wedding day itself, there were zero hiccups. My family, friends, my husband, and I were all able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. I had planned many of the décor details and left some extra elements in Carrie’s hands to use as she saw fit—and everything she set up was absolutely stunning.
