    Amazing Amazing Amazing!

    Carrie was beyond fantastic—truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. She is incredibly communicative, professional, and organized, while also being down-to-earth and genuinely easy to connect with. What stood out to me immediately was how she listens first. For context, I had already booked most of the major elements of my wedding, but with the amount of DIY involved, I realized it would likely be overwhelming for me—and for my family and friends—to manage everything on the day. I somewhat hesitantly started reaching out to coordinators, and often found that others would jump straight into telling me everything they would do, without really understanding what I needed. Carrie was completely different. She asked thoughtful questions about what I wanted the day to feel like and what kind of experience I wanted for my guests. I truly felt she was focused on understanding my vision and bringing it to life in a way that worked for me. From there, she went above and beyond at every step. She consistently reached out first to check on progress, and I was honestly amazed at how quickly she responded to texts and emails—even when I worried I might be asking too much. Without me prompting, she would often mention that she had already checked in with vendors and completed multiple confirmations, which gave me so much peace of mind. We ran into a few communication hiccups with our venue, and Carrie stepped in seamlessly and handled everything—I didn’t have to lift a finger. Even though we’re both based in the city and the venue was about 1.5–2 hours away, she insisted on doing a site visit as part of her services, which meant so much. On the wedding day itself, there were zero hiccups. My family, friends, my husband, and I were all able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. I had planned many of the décor details and left some extra elements in Carrie’s hands to use as she saw fit—and everything she set up was absolutely stunning. I truly can’t recommend Carrie enough. Having her on your team means you can actually enjoy your wedding day, knowing everything is being handled with care, thoughtfulness, and expertise. You will absolutely love having her by your side.

    Love Carrie!

    Carrie is a terrific coordinator! She's organized and adaptable, communicative, and attentive. She has a great eye for detail but never at the expense of the bigger picture, and she was always available for a call. She played an integral role in the ease and flow of our wedding day, and our vendors raved about her, too. I can't recommend her enough!

    Ad-hoc proposal site set-up

    Events by Carrie was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first spoke, Carrie was polite, attentive, and creative in her approach to helping us plan our special day. Her organizational skills were top-notch, and she was extremely thoughtful and accommodating in addressing all of our needs and requests.     A great experience!

    Carrie did a wonderful job as a coordinator for our wedding! We hired her at the last minute, and because of circumstances beyond our control we were dealing with a bit of a complicated situation and many loose ends. Yet Carrie was able to immediately make us feel well taken care of. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and diligence were excellent. As the wedding day approached, we felt confident that she’d make things run smoothly, and we were absolutely right—we got to stay in the moment knowing that she was handling everything. Even our family members who hadn’t been involved in the planning were raving about how helpful she was.

    Best wedding planner!

    Carrie did an amazing job with planning my wedding this past May! Carrie communicates well and really listened to all of our requests. She was always available for a call, which made us feel even more at ease. I can’t imagine planning a wedding without Carrie - she was so dedicated to making our day special with personal touches all throughout and working with all the vendors to create a seamless schedule. I have already recommended to all of our other friends planning their wedding!!
