“Rachel Lebo is an absolute pro when it comes to weddings. When my husband and I first got engaged, I felt like a deer in headlights - so many calls to make, venues to see, and things to arrange. Our very first decision, and quite frankly our best decision, was to hire Rachel. She understands that planning/coordinating a wedding is a daunting task, leaving couples feeling drained and overwhelmed. But Rachel is the cure for all of the stress. My husband and I opted for "the curated experience" on her services menu, with an add-on for a longer timeframe (more of a traditional planning of the whole thing). 10/10 I cannot recommend it enough. Rachel was very communicative, responding to emails promptly and never leaving us guessing. She is happy to call vendors and venues on your behalf, and for me, as a fairly anxious person, this was a huge relief! We told her we wanted Halloweenish/Medieval/Western inspired wedding, and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Together, we planned a wedding for 120 people at St. Louis' historic and haunted Lemp Mansion, a venue which she helped us pick out. With strong background in fine art and DJing, Rachel is extremely detail oriented, employing her signature answers-to-all-questions spreadsheet called "the document." This shared spreadsheet wrangled all the moving parts of the wedding (like contacts, dates, and and everything in between) into a singular location where we could follow along with constant updates. This came in clutch especially during the week of the wedding. With nearly a decade of wedding industry experience under her belt, Rachel dotted every i and crossed every t. Our wedding was PERFECT. Not a thing was out of place. Even when it rained as our outdoor, but covered, wedding was getting started, Rachel was loaded with a contingency plan. We had queer, Jewish ceremony, with many of our guest (and us included) falling under the LGBTQ umbrella. We felt so safe and supported by Rachel! She made sure we got to celebrate exactly how WE wanted to. Rachel Lebo is rising star in the world of wedding planning and coordinating. Our big day felt special and smooth, with Rachel guiding our guests, our wedding party, and of course ourselves. On top of her offering excellent customer service, Rachel is just such a delightful person. She is hilarious, kind, and just wants everyone to have fun on their big day.”

“Shanna is fantastic at what she does! Shanna helped me organize my wedding trip to Costa Rica and helped insure my guests had an enjoyable stay. From day one Shanna was communicative about the level of services she offered from helping secure a room block to assisting in planning the entire wedding! I had Shanna help me contact Planet Hollywood Resort in Costa Rica and asked to have 20 rooms reserved for my guests. Shanna got a contract from the hotel and walked me through all of the wording and what I was signing for. I felt safe knowing that Shanna was looking out for mine and my guests best interests. Shanna also allowed my guests to have flexible payment options, so they had plenty of time to pay off their trip before leaving. Shanna also set up a website where my guests could download all of their travel documents and important paperwork, and could easily contact her via the app if they had any questions or concerns. She was very prompt with her replies and my guests really appreciated that. When my husband and I originally booked our stay, we opted for a junior suite room as it was more affordable and we figured it wouldn’t be used too often. Shanna offered us an upgraded room to Star Class (which is a luxury suite) for no additional charge! The room was better than we could ever have imagined. So spacious and the bathroom was a dream! My husband used our room with his groomsmen for them to get ready before the wedding and they had plenty of space for pictures, snacking and hanging out! The night before our wedding we had organize a bbq on the beach for our guests. With the weather turning and becoming quite windy we were told we would need to move it indoors. Without hesitation, once Shanna received this note from the resort she contacted our guests through the app to make them aware of the change in location. This helped my husband and myself immensely, as we didn’t have to worry about reaching out to guests ourselves to let them know about the venue change. From start to finish I never had any doubt that I would enjoy my trip. I am eternally grateful for Shanna’s expertise and thoughtfulness. She truly cares about her brides and does a terrific job.”

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. “We hired CM Event Design for our May 2023 Wedding in Walt Disney World. We hired Christine a little over a year before our wedding date. Everyone has that "fairy tale" dream of a wedding but CM Design brought our vision to life and then some! We were worried about working with the many vendors at WDW but Christine made everything so incredibly smooth for us as the Bride and Groom. Our wedding was an absolute dream and went off without a hitch. Her team is not only very professional but also some of the nicest people to work with! We felt very taken cared of throughout the year of planning as well as the day of. Typically the week of the wedding the Bride receives a lot of texts, calls, and emails however our 165 guests all went straight to our wedding planner! Christine and her team were able to handle every guest request without any issue. Christine was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to do, from when to mail out save the dates, how to word our invitations for a destination wedding, and how to manage multiple events over a 4 day wedding weekend. We could not imagine pulling off our wedding without her! If you are looking for a local or destination wedding planner you will not find one better than CM Event Design!”

When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel.
