My name is Shauna, In 2019, I transitioned from my career in special education to manage a wedding venue, allowing me the flexibility to participate in mission trips and spend more quality time with my children. I have a passion for planning weddings and organizing various events. In 2021, I founded my own business, aRay of Events, to provide my clients with memorable experiences that are free of stress! Since then, I have become a Wedding MBA Elite Level Certified Wedding Planner and assembled a fantastic team of wedding professionals who assist me in turning our couples' dreams into reality!

We are a team of dedicated wedding planners and coordinators passionate about bringing your wedding details to life. We are here to eliminate the stress of the day and ensure you only look back and remember the best parts of your special day.

    Awesome !

    Amazing !! I would recommend ARay of Events to anyone and everyone getting married or planning an event . Customer service and staff were both beyond great ! I am so thankful we had them on our team for our wedding . They made the wedding day enjoyable and took away all the stress and worries before the wedding and on the wedding day ! They went above and beyond what we expected ! Thank you so much !!

    Best Decision Ever

    Booking the full Planner Collection was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I constantly joked throughout the process that if I had to choose between my fiancé and Shauna, I’d choose her! As someone who’s normally very anxious, I was amazed by how calm and present I felt all weekend because Shauna had every single detail taken care of. From coordinating all of the vendors and decor to literally holding the crying ring bearer so his parents could enjoy the ceremony, she handled everything. My parents were originally against the idea of a wedding planner, but by the end of planning, they were raving about how we would not have had the same wedding without her and recommending her to all their friends. Shauna is organized, thoughtful, kind, and truly gifted at what she does. I am so so thankful that she helped bring my dream wedding to life.

    Working with Shauna has been a blast!
