Small but Mighty
Charlie is incredible!! She was my voice when I needed. And ensured our wedding though small was absolutely everything i dreamed it would be!! I felt beautiful and the decor and reception was everything we wanted!! Cozy, whimsical and went off without a hitch!! Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect!!

Rice Co. Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear, timely, and prompt, which was so appreciated as we navigated all the details. They brought a creative, proactive approach and paid close attention to every aspect, ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. When things didn't go exactly as planned (weather wise), they had amazing ideas on the spot to address any challenges. The Best Investment!
As a wedding photographer, I work with tons of different vendors. Some of which, truly stand out - like Charley Rice. Charley and her team were phenomenal! They are so easy to work with, so welcoming, and SO detailed. My assistant and I were in awe of their photographer packet that was emailed prior to the wedding! It outlined the entire day for us perfectly. Sometimes, as a photographer, we are expected to lead the day and it can be a huge weight while trying to also document the day to the fullest extent. Having Charley and her team was like a breath of fresh air. I was able to talk through any hiccups with Charley and didn’t feel like the day was on my shoulders - her team wholeheartedly lead the entire day. If you are in the market for a wedding coordinator…. Look no further. Charley Rice is the best investment!

I cannot recommend Charley enough!! She went above and beyond and it truly showed! I told her my vision with the decorations I had and she made it all come to life at our venue. She is a great listener and communicator and is there to make sure you have the best wedding day. I wasn’t stressed the morning of my wedding because I didn’t have to worry about how decor was being set up, she had it all taken care of. Once I walked into the reception area, I was speechless! It was everything I envisioned and then some. She and her husband did a great job with the execution! I keep telling her it wouldn’t have turned out the way it did without her help. She also took care of my bridesmaids with an emergency kit that morning! Charley really does it all. Make sure you book with Charley ASAP!

Charley Rice is a LIFE SAVER!!
I had Charley as my wedding coordinator and she was incredible. We had a handful of hiccups and we never had any doubt about it. Charley handled all of them quickly and effortlessly. We are so thankful for Charley!!

No, we chose not to do so. We offer secular officiating services only.

Yes, I am the Lead Coordinator of my team and Owner of Rice + Co. Events. Other team members include Assistant Coordinator Alex, and Assistant Coordinator Morgan.

I only accept one coordination booking per weekend and one officiating booking per day. This ensures that my attention and focus is on your even solely.

Rice + Co. Events specializes in intimate and intentional wedding experiences. We believe that your wedding should reflect who you are both as a couple and as individuals. We want to showcase your epic love story in the most genuine and thoughful way.

The time you spend with us depends on which package and service offering is selected. Our officiating packages offer up to 3 consultations, whereas our coordination packages offer between 3-12 consultations, all ranging an hour each. We spend anywhere from 1-3 hours onsite as an officiant and 12-16 hours on site as a coordinator.

Yes, we love all things wedding. If you need assistance planning a bachelorette party, bridal shower, or engagement party, we have add-ons to our existing packages. We run the rehearsal dinner complimentary with all packages, but also have add-ons for planning the rehearsal dinner as well.
