Tesoro Event Co is dedicated to transforming wedding visions into breathtaking realities. Serving the St. Louis area, we pride ourselves on making each celebration uniquely yours, focusing on every precious moment.

I'm Sophia, Owner and Planner at Tesoro Event Co. I'm a hopeless romantic, who grew up reading sappy teen romance books, watching the lowest rated romcoms on Netflix, and daydreaming about my future wedding. Tesoro is an Italian term of endearment that, while it directly translates to "treasure", is often used similarly to "darling". This is so representative of how I value the love stories I encounter. ​ I aim to bring a calming, joyful presence to an event that can bring stress to many people. My goal is to put out any fires before you can even smell the smoke. You should be able to be playful, present, and positive on your wedding day!

Description

Starting at $100/hr, you can pick and choose which services you need! Do you only want someone to create your timeline? Only need help with RSVP tracking & making a seat chart? We can chat about what bits and pieces make sense for you.

Once we’re official, we’ll kick things off with a Welcome Meeting to truly get to know your vision and see how far you’ve come. We’ll map out our future Check-In Meetings and clear the path for what’s ahead. From there, we take the lead on finalizing timelines and syncing with your vendors—handling every moving part so you can simply breathe and soak in every beautiful second. We’ve got the logistics covered so you don’t have to break a sweat.

Similar to our Day Of Coordination package, but at a smaller scale. We will still take care of the “To Do’s” so you can focus on saying “I Do”! We step in before the wedding to finalize timelines, manage vendors, and oversee the rehearsal and wedding day execution.

    Amazing Planner

    I couldn’t recommend Sophia enough! She listened carefully to our vision and made thoughtful suggestions that felt personal to us. When stressful moments came up during planning, she stayed calm and positive, which helped us relax and trust the process. She has amazing attention to detail!!
