I was the head cook at my parents’ restaurant for years, and my uncle owned the Fox and Hounds Restaurant in Newport. Now, I bring that rich heritage to every event. We are a mobile catering service. We prioritize sourcing as many organic, local and seasonal ingredients as possible. We love to cultivate a food experience for the celebrations our clients choose us to be a part of. We cater in a variety of settings, whether it be off grid in Pisgah National Forest, upon a mountain top, or in our client’s back yard.
