Brandon & Kristen Manis
Manis & Co. is generations in the making! When Brandon and Kristen met, they bonded over their love for homecooked family meals. With Kristens strong Italian heritage and Brandon's German roots they were able to create an amazing catering experience! Brandon has a background in food management and merchandising while Kristen is a Wedding Coordinator so it just seemed to be a match made in heaven! Together they strived to build a brand that was about the client and striving for a locally owned, locally sourced mindset!
One of our biggest goals when starting the company was to be able to give back to the local Childrens Hospital who saved our sons life years ago, therefore a portion of every plate sold gets donated to The East Tennessee Childrens Hospital.

Highly Recommend!
Manis Catering was phenomenal. From the beginning, their customer service was top-tier -- responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. They even went out of their way to do an extra favor of cooking something we had brought for our guests, which was such a fun and personal touch. They were also kind and willing to make the accommodations we requested (whether it was more/less of an ingredient, etc.). The best part? Once we conveyed our preferences/numbers, we didn’t have to think about it again. Everything ran smoothly, our accommodations were honored, and it felt like we could fully enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail. We were so thankful to have Manis and would suggest them to anyone wanting a reliable, delicious catering choice!

Wedding food
They were amazing to work with! They catered our appetizers for our wedding. So hard picking only 5 options since their food was so good. Our guests and us loved all the appetizers! Highly recommend them for your catering needs. Easy to communicate with and we always got a response. Great people to work with as well!

Food was good - Communication Was Not
We had Manis & Co for our wedding and it all worked out in the end but communication could have been a lot better. Every interaction required multiple follow ups to get simple questions answered but in the end it worked out and food was good!!

Wonderful Cocktail Hour and Dinner
Manis and Co did a great job with everything we threw at them, we went quite a bit off menu and they handled it superbly. Can't speak highly enough!

Amazing Food and Service
Manis was easy to work with and provided an unforgettable experience for all our guests. The food was amazing and staff were great! They are highly knowledgeable on food allergies and dietary restrictions and made sure everyone had something they could eat. Highly recommend!
