We've been honored to create wedding films for hundreds of incredible couples. Each one of their stories is distinctive and we pride ourselves on creating moving films that artistically convey those love stories. We believe your wedding is not just about one day. Toast Weddings is a family-owned wedding media company specializing in photo, film, & content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and proudly serve all couples. Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband & wife team. Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival. Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, & more.

    Toast videography

    Toast Weddings provided us with exceptional videography services for our wedding. Their communication throughout the process was very clear and open - they answered all of our questions quickly and helped us make important decisions before the big day. The quality of their work was truly outstanding, with a level of artistry and craftsmanship that made the final video feel like a work of art. They were professional and kind, making us feel comfortable and at ease during the filming. We're so grateful we booked Toast Weddings, as we can now relive our special day through their beautiful film. Their services were absolutely worth every penny.

    Beautifully Captured Memories & Coordination Note

    We had a great overall experience with our wedding videographer. Communication leading up to the wedding was smooth and responsive, and I really appreciated being able to clearly explain the style and specific moments I was hoping to capture. They were open to feedback and easy to work with throughout the process. Our final video beautifully captured the emotion of the day, and for the price point, we felt it was a strong value. The one thing I would have done differently is encourage more coordination between the videographer and photographer, since they were from separate companies. During some of our outdoor night shots, I wish they had taken turns capturing content rather than shooting at the same time. Because of this, several special moments in the video include visible camera flashes that couldn’t be removed in editing. It’s not something that ruins the film, but it is noticeable and could likely have been avoided with a bit more collaboration between teams. Overall, we’re grateful for the memories captured and would recommend them, especially for couples looking for solid quality at a reasonable price. I would just suggest making sure your photo and video teams connect ahead of time so everyone is aligned during key moments.

    Hire Toast!

    As a groom, I cannot recommend Toast enough. The photography/videography aspect of a wedding was not something that I was necessarily excited or ready for. Our Toast videographer made the process so easy; I barely even remembered seeing him because he just blended into the chaos, yet was able to capture all the important moments that resulted in a perfect representation of our wedding day. We were very pleased with the end product. Highly recommend!

    Great experience!

    We had the easiest time working with Toast! Having video footage was a top priority for me and my husband, but we felt super stretched by our budget. We spent a lot of time researching options and landed on Toast, given it's approachable contracting, more affordable options & stellar customer service. We had a great experience working with Julianna (Client Experience) - she talked us through their offerings, responded to all emails promptly & made day-of logistics super easy for us!! We loved the way our final highlight reel turned out - and that we had the opportunity to provide two rounds of free feedback. More than photos & stories, it brings us back to the day & will be our most special keepsake (along with the documentary and raw footage). We definitely recommend working with Toast for an easy, reliable & quality service!
