Responsive and attentive to every call or text. It rained on my wedding day and none of my guests even suspected a change in plans. She moved reception from outdoors to indoors and it was AMAZING!! Natalie and Hector were truly a dream come true! Natalie helped the day run so smoothly and everything was so perfect and well organized. She was very communicative and on point leading up to the day. She set up and organized everything exactly as I requested. Natalie and Hector were so sweet and accommodating. The content creation package was great and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Since we didn't want a videographer, the content creation was perfect for us- To capture the day and have small clips for memories without the expensive cost. The photo booth was so cute and our guests loved it. Very nice camera with video, boomerang, and photo options for the guests to select with a nice backdrop setup. Her work was fantastic - her and her team were thorough and efficient in every aspect. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her sooner. My advice to anyone looking for a planner is to hire Lo. Her, Hunter, and the rest of her team were a dream to work with.

We are from Michigan but meet in the Smoky Mtns and wantee to have our wedding there. We booked a cabin with clubhouse in gatlinburg but i am an all over the place bride lol and since i didnt know the first thimg about planning a wedding i needed to find help! Alex and bold & belle was recommended by the owner of the cabin so we book them. We had an initial call and a place to communicate online. Ariel and Alex were the ones we communicated with the most and sometimes some other members. When we came into town we met with Alex to go over our decor in person and she even created our bridal flowers. The bridal bouquet shevdid for us was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Ill take a pic and try to post it. Cece was our point of contact day of and Nicolle. Minister arrived late which caused delsys but Cece had the DJ entertain everyone. There was one song missed by the DJ but this was quickly resolved. We ended things a little earlier but overall we were happy with everything.

Jenn was very knowledgeable & confident going over the details & decor that I had wanted. When it came time for our special day Jenn & her assistant took over the reins so that I and my groom could focus on getting ready. Jenn & her assistant transformed a clubhouse that looked like a bingo hall and made it look like my fairytale reception venue. I couldn’t believe it when I walked through the doors. The last thing I wanted to say is that Brittany was actually our SECOND day-of coordinator, because we had to fire our first one. Maybe that means we have high standards? I don’t know. We were planning a vow renewal in Fort Lauderdale area while living in MN- so we decided we needed someone who was in FL to assist with the event planning- we had our initial conversation with Iman & hired her that day- her vibe & knowledge of the industry and area put us at an immediate ease. Iman went ABOVE & BEYOND in her role as our event planner- she kept us(me) grounded and realistic with expectations for how our weekend would flow. Not only did she takeover when I went into decision fatigue & messaged me with options for tables/aisle decor- but she had even better ideas than I could have asked for! I would not have been able to pull this off without her- she made our weekend a true success and we had SO much fun! Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. We cannot imagine a more perfect team to help plan your wedding. Brooke and Co. truly made our day the best day of our lives and we cannot recommend her enough! XOXO CJ and Matt
