Hello! My name is Madelaine, owner of Exquisite Elegant Events LLC. I’m thrilled to be part of your wedding planning journey. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you and your families can enjoy every moment of your special day. I’ve lived in Central Florida since I was five and know the area well. With a degree in Event Management from UCF, I’ve built a business focused on bringing each couple’s unique vision to life. Weddings are my passion, and I’m committed to making every event truly exquisite. I look forward to working with you—congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!

My background in luxury hospitality and my Event Management degree from UCF give me both the creative eye and operational skill to flawlessly execute your day. I understand venues, vendors, timelines, and guest experience on a deeper level than most planners. My couples always say I’m the calm in the chaos. No matter what happens behind the scenes, you’ll never know—because I handle it quickly, quietly, and professionally so you stay present in the moment.

Magnificent Package - Full Service Wedding Planning - Venue assistance - Vendor sourcing - Contract Review - Event timeline management - Setup/teardown assistance - Rehearsal coordination - Day of coordination

Glamour Package - My Glamour package starts at 6 months from your wedding date where I will finalize details, confirm vendor information and start to form a timeline. This package includes contract review, design advice, rehearsal coordination, full day wedding coordination, overseeing vendor set up and forming a schedule so that you can truly set away from planning to enjoy your day.

Congratulations you've made it to the finish line! Now you just need me to help you execute the day and cross that finish line. I come in 1-2 months prior to your wedding date where I offer 10-14 hours of coordination, rehearsal coordination, assist with light setup, vendor coordination, and vendor communication. Please reach out for a free consultation so we can discuss your day and how to bring your wedding dreams alive!
