We were married within 3 months of our first date. “When you know, you know”, they say, and when we knew we wed. Something we bonded over early on was our love for traveling with cameras. After our San Diego courthouse-by-the-sea elopement, we turned our passion for photography into a business. We are both full-time photographers, and we're constantly working to better our craft. We are lucky enough to document weddings of all kinds, from 3 person cliffside sunrise elopements to an intimate mountainside microweddings to larger all-day bashes at one of Maine's beautiful hotels.

Laurel and Brian captured our wedding ceremony in Acadia National Park perfectly and were wonderful to work with. They made sure to meet with us prior to our wedding day to pick a location for the ceremony and photos afterwards. They knew the area so well and were professional, kind and helpful during the entire process. We would 100% recommend Aquadro Photography!

Hi! I'm Kristin. I would be so honored for you to give me the opportunity to capture your love. Whether it's with the people you love, the person you want to marry, or the work you do that brings you joy. I embrace you for exactly who you are! Let's have some fun and capture it so you can show your love off in the way you want it to be seen.

Not only is Kristin an incredibly talented photographer, but she is an amazing soul to walk through your wedding day with. You don't think about it, but you are around the photographer a lot of the time! While you are getting ready, as the nerves creep up, as you drive up to the venue (or whatever version of those moments are for you). Of course she was professional and delivered gorgeous pictures at the end of it, but she was a calm presence. My husband and I both hate pictures of ourselves and loved the moments she captured, again - she put us at ease! She flittered away at points, and when I got the pictures back wondered where/when was this? How did she get this shot? Overall we told her to focus on the after party portion and I still look back at the pictures and remember that conversation and the reason we were all laughing. One other note - we had an outdoor wedding and she worked with ease and swiftness getting all the obligatory family shots as the sun was setting without a sweat! They all looked amazing too!

Clockwork is THE wedding band if you want to throw THE wedding of the year. The number one feedback from our guests at our wedding was how incredible and fun the band was. They had everyone dancing ALL night. Clockwork feeds off the vibes and sets the tone for the party of your dreams. We saw them at a friends wedding and they were one of the first things we booked when got engaged. They are a HAVE to have. They are also sooo easy to communicate and work with. We've been honored to create wedding films for hundreds of incredible couples. Each one of their stories is distinctive and we pride ourselves on creating moving films that artistically convey those love stories. We believe your wedding is not just about one day. It’s about your story leading up to that day and the stories that will come after. Our wedding videos bring your day to life – allowing the two of you to relive every laugh, every tear, and every moment that went by in a flash. Your loved ones will thank you for allowing your celebration to serve as a legacy of family history for generations to come.

Toast Weddings was the perfect choice for our wedding videography needs. From the very beginning, their team was responsive, compassionate, and highly professional in their communication. The quality of their work was excellent - they captured all the special, custom moments of our wedding day in Waialua, Hawaii with a keen eye for detail. As a couple who was 7 months pregnant with our first child at the time, the Toast Weddings team went above and beyond to cater to our unique situation and make sure our memories were beautifully preserved. Our videographer, Jason, had a truly creative vision that shone through in the final highlight video we received just 3 months after our wedding. We are beyond happy with our experience and the forever memories Toast Weddings has given us of our special day.

When they didn't have enough of the simple centerpieces we had originally requested, they upgraded us to even nicer centerpieces at no additional cost. Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (78 reviews)
  • Florist
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Addison, ME

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I absolutely love the flowers I received! Originally I did not receive a confirmation email, but I reached out and Alexa was able to get me the confirmation quickly. When I received the flowers, they were well packaged and came with simple but thorough instructions for preparing them. Alexa texted me and let me know they had been delivered and made sure I knew to wire the ranunculus and sent a very helpful video. My sister made my and my MOH bouquets and 10 bud vases, my mom and MIL made 4 wrist corsages, and I made 5 pocket boutonnières. We had a bunch leftover that we made into a giant bouquet for the dining room table at the house I got ready at. I did add a dozen orange tulips from a grocery store to the arrangements, but I 100% did not need to do that. I bought the wildflower elopement package of 1 bridal bouquet and 4-5 bridesmaid bouquets and it was more than enough!

HiMotive Entertainment & Photobooth did a great job keeping our wedding reception fun and upbeat. While their communication was a bit delayed leading up to the event, they were ultimately effective in executing on the day-of. The DJ kept the party going all night with a good song selection, though they did play 3 Taylor Swift songs in a row at the start, which we would have preferred more variety. The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. We'd recommend HiMotive to other couples looking for an energetic DJ.

Nostalgia drove me into photography at an early age - and lead me into my studies of photojournalism. We all innately know when we're at a critical juncture in our lives. For me, being able to authentically capture, to preserve those moments in a photograph is such a privilege. I know how much it means to me to be able to look back and say 'this is how things actually happened.' There is beauty in those truths. The kind of folks I work with share that appreciation.

Awarded Best of Zola
When I was looking for photographers for the wedding it was important to me that I found a "documentary" style photographer - and someone who's work actually reflected this more than just using it as a buzzword to describe their services ; not because it is trendy, but because I HATE PHOTOS. I have never liked photos of myself, and I am not comfortable in front of the camera. I have also been in plenty of weddings where the couple misses out on half of the night because they are spending so much time posing for photos. I expressed all of this to Corey at our initial meeting and he assured me that outside of a few quick formal photoshoots (first look, golden hour, & family photos) we wouldn't even know he was there - and he followed through with that promise. Corey's work was beautiful - I got exactly what I wanted and you can see the love in everyone in our photos. The only thing I would change if I could go back in time would be to request a longer time window, or a second shooter because there were a few moments and people that I wish we had captured, but we were too busy living in the moment.

Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
Jen was AMAZING to work with! When it came to flowers for my wedding, I had NO IDEA what I wanted. She was very patient with me and helped talk me through my vision. She gave me flowers to pick from, talked about how big I wanted my bouquet and how much greenery I wanted, and then when I could find colors I liked in swatches, she color-matched the colors I wanted from an inspo pic I found online! She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order.  I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. I am also someone who likes control, especially when it came to planning my wedding. I was thankful that I was able to give Jen the reins, tell her what I wanted, and watch her make my dreams come true. When I first saw my flowers, I was speechless. She truly did make my floral dreams come true, and now I get to keep my bouquet for the rest of my life! A wooden flower bouquet from Jen is the way to go!
