When my grandfather gifted me my first DSLR in 1999, I immediately knew I had to keep taking pictures forever. Now, after over 25 years, what began as a childhood hobby has become everything to me. My commitment to you as your photographer is to apply my creative mind and decades of experience to your occasion so you will always have fantastic, tangible memories to look back on. I've made it my goal to become proficient across a wide range of shooting & editing styles in order to better align myself to each couple's unique vision. Hopefully by now you’re intrigued.     Above and beyond!

    Johnny and Allegre were a dream team! As a former wedding photographer myself, when it came time to find a photographer for my own wedding, my anxiety was high! I knew I wanted a professional that didn’t just capture the run-of-the-mill kinda stuff, I wanted a person passionate about the craft who would make art out of my wedding. So Behold This delivered just that, and more! I swear I have looked at these photos a thousand times since we received them, they captured our day with such an incredible artistry, they were moody and sexy and JUST what I wanted from our Valentine’s Day love-fest. Yes, I also got the run-of-the-mill stuff as well, they do that skillfully, for sure. The bonus??? They both are SO MUCH FUN to work with, providing humor and great vibes to a stressful day. A THE BEST!!

    He captured us exactly as we are (:

    From the very first moment we reached out, Johnny stood out. Our initial phone call happened almost immediately after I inquired, and right away he made us feel heard, comfortable, and genuinely excited. He met us exactly where we were in the planning process and truly wanted to get to know us and our vision. By the end of that first conversation, we knew we wanted to move forward with him, put our deposit down, and we’ve been so happy with that decision ever since. As part of our package, we had an engagement session, which completely confirmed that we had made the best possible choice in photographer. The photos were absolutely beautiful, enchanting, romantic, and everything we had hoped for. Johnny’s candid shots are phenomenal. He captures real moments in a way that makes you see how beautiful, funny, kind, and genuine you look through other people’s eyes. Those photos mean the world to us. On our wedding day, Johnny was incredible. He was amazing with our guests… so warm, inviting, and easy to be around. Everyone loved him. Guests were calling him by his first name, talking about how great he was, and even following him on Instagram afterward because they were so excited to see the photos. Having already seen our engagement pictures, we knew our wedding photos were going to be gorgeous, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. Johnny has become more than just our photographer. He’s become a friend and someone we truly want to keep in touch with over the years. We will absolutely be booking him again for any future photography sessions. We are beyond grateful that we found him and cannot recommend him enough. (I couldn’t upload some other beautiful photos just because the quality was so large and it needed to be under a certain amount of MB, BUT TRUST ME, they are all gold)

    Johnny was my emotional support photographer

    Listen… I did not just get a photographer for my wedding. I accidentally hired a full-time therapist, hype man, crisis manager, and unofficial member of the bridal party. This man showed up ready to WORK. He matched my vibe instantly—like we’d been besties since middle school. Every time I started spiraling, he’d magically appear like, “Hey, breathe. Also turn slightly to the left, the light is perfect.” Iconic behavior. He kept me laughing, kept me calm, and somehow managed to capture every moment I didn’t even realize was happening. The candid shots? Chef’s kiss. The posed shots? Gorgeous. The emotional support? Honestly priceless. If you want a photographer who will take stunning photos while also making sure you don’t mentally combust on your wedding day, THIS IS YOUR GUY. He understood the assignment, delivered the assignment, and sprinkled extra sparkle on top. 10/10 would get married again just to have him photograph it. (Kidding. Mostly.)

    Not at our wedding

    We originally worked with Johnny for our engagement photos, and those turned out beautifully. Engagement sessions are included in the wedding package, and we were excited to have him photograph our wedding. Unfortunately, Johnny had to cancel just two days before our wedding due to a family emergency. While we understand emergencies happen, we wish he had informed us sooner, as we would have tried to find another photographer in advance. Johnny mentioned that he had been canceling on other couples over the previous weeks. He provided a replacement photographer Julee, but our experience with her was extremely disappointing. Many key moments were missed, including our first kiss, and the group photos were poorly composed some with light bulbs in our faces. Several images were blurry, dark, or had strange color lines, as if taken on a phone. Guests even commented that she seemed to be standing around rather than actively photographing the day. Overall, very few of the photos were usable, and the moments we wanted to remember were lost. When we expressed our disappointment to Johnny, communication was slow and inconsistent. He initially offered edits, which he provided after some delay, but even with his editing, the photos were still not satisfactory, and we had to do additional edits ourselves. The only usable photos we have are those taken by our guests. Johnny did eventually issue a full refund, though it took 5-6 weeks to receive it. While his engagement photos were excellent, our wedding experience was extremely disappointing and stressful due to the last-minute cancellation and the poor quality of the replacement photographer.

He and his coworker made us feel at ease throughout the day, ensuring we got to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. They even made sure my wife and I got food before it was all gone, going above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. I don't know what else to say other than, Johnny is family now!
