Amazing Venue
The Modern Luxury Gathering Suite was a fantastic wedding venue to work with. Their communication was efficient, professional, transparent, and highly informative throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was modern, clean, and offered a great size that was perfect for our event. They were very respectful and responsive to all of our questions, making them extremely easy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend The Modern Luxury Gathering Suite to any couples planning their special day.

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. We also have lowered entry at main and rear entrances and spacious restrooms.

Your reservation can range from 6 - 12 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour.

Tours are by appointment only. Events can be held between the hours of 10am and 12am Sat - Sun. This can be modified upon request.

Yes! We welcome outside catering & have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave available for event prep.

Yes! We welcome outside vendors. We also have preferred vendors available upon request. Your vendors are responsible for with all policies and rules listed in your booking contract.

While we prefer couples to take advantage of our inclusive wedding packages, the venue alone is also bookable as a sole service.

Animals are not permitted inside The Modern Luxury Gathering Suite. Service Animals (Not ESA) must be approved prior to booking.
