Since 2019, we have been planning & managing unforgettable, inclusive, and eco-conscious weddings that feel true to each couple’s story and values. Led by Katie Sautter, our team blends warmth, humor, and meticulous organization to make planning feel calm, clear, and genuinely fun. We handle every detail with intention and care, so you can feel fully present and joyful on your wedding day, and celebrate in a way that’s unmistakably you. We are diverse! We have 5 lead planners on our team, two of which are bilingual: one speaks fluent Spanish; another speaks fluent Slovak & can understand spoken Russian.

We believe your wedding should feel unmistakably you: intentional, personal, and true to your story. We’re proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly, sustainability-minded, and built on collaboration, not just coordination. Unlike solopreneurs juggling every hat, our dedicated team focuses solely on you, offering clarity, warmth, and unwavering support. With exclusive vendor perks, a genuine respect for every love story, and a promise to guide you with joy, we create weddings that celebrate your individuality and make you feel like our one and only wedding. For a more luxurious, hands-on planning experience for busy couples who want a conscientious wedding. Our full-service planning ensures a seamless experience from start to finish. We handle everything—from the seating chart design & card box, to eco-friendly touches, vendor coordination, and stress-free management of your wedding website, RSVPs, and hotel blocks—so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your engagement and wedding day.

For couples who love Earth and all its colors, our partial planning package offers a perfect blend of guidance for your unique needs. We help you design a vibrant, eco-conscious wedding that reflects your personality while handling logistics, vendor coordination, and hotel blocks. You’ll enjoy the planning journey without the stress, knowing that every detail is managed with care so your day shines as brightly as your love.

Note: $1,200 for partial event management, $1,575 for full wedding management. Our Wedding Management packages are ideal for couples who've planned their dream wedding but need an expert to ensure everything runs smoothly. We step in a month before your big day to coordinate vendors, finalize details, and manage the timeline. Enjoy your wedding experience, knowing every element is seamlessly handled with care, so you can simply be in the moment.

    The Perfect Day

    From the moment we booked K.S.Otter Events, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication was fast, informative, and easy, putting us at ease as we approached the big day. The quality of their work was simply perfect - the decor was beautifully executed, perfectly emulating the inspiration photos we provided. No matter what happened on the day, Katie's talented planners Rebecca and Natalia were there to facilitate everything seamlessly, ensuring we could stay completely in the moment and not worry about a single detail.     Above and Beyond in Every Way

    Katie and her team are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I first got on the phone with her as a prospective client to the end of my wedding day, she was there for my husband and I. While we only hired her for her Wedding Management package, it includes planning materials that make you feel fully supported as you continue your wedding planning journey. For the timeline of the event itself, Katie and her team have an extensive experience in this aspect, giving us a multitude of suggestions and even assisting in ways we would not have originally thought of. During the rehearsal and on the day itself, Katie and her team were fantastic at keeping things organized and keeping us and our needs a the highest priority. On a personal note, we experienced an unexpected medical emergency a couple of weeks before our wedding day. Upon learning this, Katie immediately jumped into action by contacting our vendors already putting together a plan B in case of postponement. Katie and her team believe going above and beyond for their clients is just a part of the job and because of this, our wedding would not have been what is was without them. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

    K.S. Otter Events - The best decision we made!

    Katie was one of our favorite vendors to work with! She constantly took the lead and removed so much stress from our special day. Her team was phenomenal from setup to teardown, with every small detail outlined and timed perfectly. Katie is also incredibly easy to talk to, especially when dealing with the typical stressors of a wedding. Thankfully she will always, always, always be on your team. One of the biggest highlights was her contract negotiations. I’m not sure what magic she worked, but she brought our expenses down tremendously to keep us within budget. She also knows how to pivot and be creative. When family members couldn't make it, her team quickly game-planned a livestream setup so everyone could join the celebration. Katie and her team showed up for us in so many ways to ensure our big day went off without a hitch. We’re so appreciative and would recommend booking K.S. Otter Events in a heartbeat!

    I highly recommend K.S. Otter Events!! I can't say enough good things. They were organized, calm, and on top of every detail from the very beginning. They thought about things that I didn't even consider as the bride! On the day of, I really got to enjoy myself because I felt taken care of by Rebecca, Anna, and my bridal party. The K.S. Otter team handled timelines, vendors, and small hiccups. Everything went so smoothly. It was such a beautiful day, and my guests raved at how well organized everything was.
