Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we understand your perspective, we’d like to clarify a few important details regarding the scope of our services and responsibilities. Our company was contracted to assist with planning and coordination leading up to the wedding day. However, certain duties such as venue management, parking logistics, and building access fall outside our scope and are managed directly by the venue staff. Regarding the bridal party entrances, these are coordinated by the DJ per standard industry practice. The DJ manages both the timing and the announcements for formal entrances, and our team follows their cues to ensure everything runs smoothly. In terms of cleanup and breakdown, our full teardown service package was neither selected nor requested. Our team provided end-of-night organization as outlined in the contracted package. Full breakdown and cleaning are offered as an additional service, which was not purchased for this event. As for the rentals that were used for your day, we’ve reached out privately regarding the remaining matter connected to them. We look forward to resolving that with you directly. We maintained open communication leading up to the wedding and followed all agreed-upon plans and contracted services.
