Hi! I am Kristen Iwalani... a local girl from Oahu, HI who loves to tell couples stories through photos. My hope is to connect and serve your as best as I can while also delivering some beautiful photos. I love making this process easy and will show up for all your questions and preparations.

I will capture your real, carefree, and raw moments while showcasing what makes you the beautiful couple that you are. I love being a part of your planning process and I’m the kind of person who welcomes inspo photos to outfit texts. I've been known to get into any position to get your shot.     Kristen is amazing!!

    Iwalani Photography was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. From the very beginning, their communication was thorough and Kristen responded quickly, which put us at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of, she was completely on top of everything, making sure to capture all the moments we wanted without being intrusive. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable, and her beautiful work speaks for itself. We are thrilled with Kristen's work and our experience with her and cannot recommend Iwalani Photography enough for couples looking for an exceptional photography experience on their special day.

    Best Photographer Ever

    I highly recommend Kristen for any of your photography needs! She photographed my engagement shoot and wedding and I could not be happier with the photos. She captured moments beautifully and the way she styles and edits the pictures is incredible!! She listened to all of my ideas and got every shot I wanted from the day. She also gave me creative ideas for poses and shots that I wouldn't have come up with myself and they turned out fantastic. She also made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Kristen is professional, responsive, detailed with planning, and an incredible photographer. She helped to make our wedding day run smoothly and I would book her again in a heartbeat.

    Kristen was the perfect choice for our wedding photographer. Even before the event, she was eager to get to know us on a personal level and we now call her a friend! Weeks before the event, she sent us a very detailed questionnaire to make sure she captured everything we wanted for our wedding. On the day of the event, she was professional, flexible with schedule changes, and went above & beyond our expectations. Our pictures were natural and authentic which is exactly how we wanted it! 100% recommend. I would choose Kristen over and over again!

    We Wouldn't Have Trusted Anyone Else!

    Once we found Kristen and her work we knew we could't trust anyone else with capturing our day! Kristen was incredible with communication from start to finish and extremely transparent. We are so grateful that we trusted her with our engagement photos and our special day. She captured every moment of our event in the exact way we wanted. Every time I turned around Kristen was right there capturing every detail. She became more than our photographer but a dear friend through the process. We hope to come back to Hawaii and continue to shoot our growing family photos with her. She truly made our day magical and now we have priceless photos to look back on for a lifetime.
