I’m Erinn and I make cakes! That Cake Stand started out in 2017 as a baking blog, then evolved into a licensed home bakery/custom cake business. Now I work from a commercial kitchen in downtown Burlington Vermont, and I specialize in custom cakes for all occasions. I'd love to work with you to make your wedding cake vision come to life!

I have a joyful, offbeat style, and I express that in my cakes. I love classic traditional cakes as well as quirky one-of-a-kind cakes, and I bring my skill and enthusiasm to my work with every couple, and every style. Thanks for having a look, and I'd love to connect with you!

    Simple and lovely creations!

    That Cake Stand was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Erinn was pleasant and easygoing from the get go and made the process of designing our cake and cupcakes a breeze. She incorporated the special figurine of our dog onto the cake, which made it even more memorable and personal for us. The final products were not only beautiful, but also delicious - we had no leftovers! I would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

    Absolutely amazing!

    Simply amazing

    Erinn is very friendly and easy to work with. She is very generous with her tastings. Her prices are reasonable and she was so kind to deliver our cake for us as well. We ordered a 4 tier vegan cake with 2 different flavor sponges. By the end of our wedding we only had 4 pieces left. Everyone said it was some of the best wedding cake they have ever tasted. We totally agree! If you are getting married That Cake Stand is a must hire for your wedding cake!

    So good!

    Erinn was so great to work with: helpful and accommodating along the whole way. The cake was gorgeous and absolutely delicious! I cannot recommend That Cake Stand enough!
