For clarity, on your wedding day I was contracted as the sole media provider, and I also provided additional coverage beyond the agreement, staying close to 8 hours instead of the scheduled 6 hours and bringing a second photographer at no additional charge. I extended this courtesy because of our prior professional relationship and the opportunity I previously provided for your wife to work alongside me as a second shooter and learn within my team. During the event, a separate content creator who was not coordinated through me was actively capturing many of the same moments. This unfortunately created interruptions during portions of the timeline and affected the way certain moments were documented. Regarding communication, I have not received recent emails or phone messages requesting updates, though my contact information has remained available and I am always reachable through email, phone, or Instagram. I did transition some business systems, but I would have been more than willing to assist had I known there were concerns. Your engagement photos and wedding images have already been delivered and shared publicly, and I appreciate that they have been posted across your social media. However, I understand that expectations around the final gallery and videos were not aligned, and I take that seriously. Out of over 100 client reviews, this is the first experience where someone has felt this way, which is why I would genuinely like the opportunity to resolve this directly with you.
