Creating a high-quality, stunning cake is what motivates me in the kitchen. Of course, a cake should taste just as delicious as it looks! I hope for the design of my cakes to inspire joy and wonder, and the eating of them to make people smile. Nothing makes me happier than delivering clients their dream cake!

I believe decorating a wedding cake is a form of art. Every element should be unique and included in a way that brings beauty. The inside of a cake must be as notable as its design. I use only the highest quality ingredients from local Vermont farms including butter, eggs, buttermilk, cream, and any seasonal berries or additional flavors.

    Excellent Cake & Excellent Service

    I found working with Lucy to be extremely easy and enjoyable. She was SO accommodating, she even drove our trials cakes all the way to Sugarbush for us. I had a really stressful time with all my other vendors, except Lucy, which was so refreshing. She made the entire process easy and fun. And the cake was DELICIOUS. Our guests ate absolutely all of it we had nothing left. Highly highly recommend! 10/10!

    Delicious and beautiful!

    Lucy did an INCREDIBLE job creating three different personalized flavor combinations for our cake — they were all so good we couldn’t pick just one! The presentation was beautiful and classic. The guests raved and ate multiple slices! Lucy was a pleasure to work with.
