Heritage Bread Pudding is a Latina-owned company born in the World’s Borough - offering a spin on a beloved Puerto Rican classic made from whole ingredients, locally sourced bread, and stories passed down through generations.

Ours is a truly unique pop-up bakery—the only one of its kind in New York City—dedicated to celebrating a beloved dessert that’s often reserved for the holidays and rarely found outside small, family-owned restaurants. Traditionally served in large trays at family gatherings, budín has long been a once-a-year treat. We set out to change that—reimagining it as an elevated, everyday indulgence: thoughtfully portioned, beautifully packaged, and ready to go.
