The website he makes each couple for their event was very easy to navigate, and was a helpful tool for us to know which parts throughout the night to plan for and what songs need to be selected in order to make our wedding personal and run smoothly. Having never been married before, it was incredibly helpful to see a drop-down list of events, traditions, people, etc. that we may have to account for and could choose to do/ opt out of for our own wedding, all laid out through the website he created for us. Whenever we emailed Bill with a question, he responded almost immediately and was to the point. He works with our venue, Kings Mills in Media, very often so we easily trusted him to know how to navigate set up and any potential problems that may have come up. On the day of the wedding, he was friendly, professional, had good, high energy, and played all the songs we asked him to.
