I started as a full-time nightclub DJ and after a decade transitioned to weddings. To date I've entertained 1000+ weddings to prepare for your celebration. Many of my past clients have described me as "the most un-wedding DJ, wedding DJ there is." I don’t conform to the typical stereotypes that may lurk in your nightmares after you attended bad weddings. This includes an exaggerated voice, a bunch of inflatable props, and I do not impose line dances and tacky clichés. I focus on ensuring that your plan for the day is solid and that you are confident I understand what is expected of me. I am your DJ, your MC, and your quality control planner.
It is not lost on me that there is abundant entertainment to choose from when choosing the right company for one of the biggest days of your life. So, how do you find the right DJ for you? That comes down to one word. VALUE. What do you value the most? We should talk if you value the highest quality for your dollar and the reputation of the person you're hiring. I don't want to be a disc jockey sent to your wedding just to play songs, and whatever happens, happens. I see this more as a collaboration. The best!!!!
Michael had a huge impact on our wedding’s success. He was professional, organized, and did an amazing job reading the room. His communication was clear and reassuring, and we felt completely at ease leaving everything in his hands. He kept guests of all ages on the dance floor all night. We trusted him fully and he absolutely delivered!

The Perfect DJ for a Seamless and Fun Reception
DJ Michael was fantastic to work with and played such an important role in making our reception so much fun. He scheduled multiple calls with us ahead of the wedding to make sure every detail was right, including the pronunciation of names for introductions, which we really appreciated. He also worked closely with our venue to make sure the entire evening flowed seamlessly. Once the dancing started, he absolutely delivered — the energy was perfect and the music flowed so well throughout the night. He did a great job reading the room and getting people out on the dance floor while still keeping the different moments of the night feeling natural and well-paced. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ.

DJ Michael Kane Wedding DJ
DJ Michael Kane was perfect for our wedding in February 2026. He was responsive throughout the contracting process, personable, and reasonably priced (compared to other DJs) and made our experience seamless. He provided all equipment (microphones, mic stands, and lighting, probably other things too) and worked with our venue to make sure nothing was missing. He provided a spreadsheet for us to enter our music preferences and did a great job following along with our recommendations as well as MC’ing throughout the night. He didn’t act like a nightclub DJ and wasn’t telling guests to get pumped up (which we didn’t want, but maybe could upon request?). After we signed our contract, we submitted the spreadsheet one month before the wedding, and then had a 30 minute phone call the week before to discuss names, questions, etc. overall, we highly recommend!

Amazing Wedding with DJ Michael Kane!
My husband Christian and I hired DJ Michael Kane for our wedding at Terrain Gardens in Devon on March 8th! He was recommended through our photographer, True Fold, and was a great choice! During the planning process, he had a templated form to complete to make sure no details were left to chance. We then met with him as we approached our wedding date to make sure we were on the same page with everything. During our ceremony, the music was expertly played and transitioned accordingly to fit our large bridal party and multiple song requests. He also helped out our officiant who accidentally forgot to tell our guests to sit down. Once the reception began, he did a great job as our emcee. He accommodated a ‘surprise’ performance from our groomsmen after speeches. And when the dance floor opened, he kept the party going all night long. We started with music for our guests of all ages to dance to before transitioning toward the end of the night to our younger crowd. We appreciated that Michael stuck to our list while also accommodating a couple of guest requests. Michael also provided photos that he personally took for us promptly the next morning after our wedding. These photos were great to have while we waited for the official ones from our photographer, and we enjoyed seeing all of our friends and family having fun on the dance floor! I would recommend Michael to anyone who is planning a wedding!

DJ Kane is THE BEST
I’ve had the good fortune of having DJ Kane as my DJ for my wedding, but also referred him to a couple of additional weddings I was in/went to. His musicality is on point - he blends styles and eras with ease. Plus he is excellent at gauging his audience - keeping people on the dance floor all night. I was VERY fussy about my playlist and gave him an extensive list of songs to include. He managed to not only include a good majority, but also mixed in a fabulous selection I didn’t even think of that are favorites from my wedding day to the present day. He took my selection & curated each portion of my wedding day perfectly from ceremony to reception. Not only that but I hired DJ Kane to do a custom mix for me as a present for a friends wedding and it came out PERFECT and suited our needs exactly for a surprise family tradition performance. He is responsive, flexible, & also very humorous! He is the DJ you want for sure!
