Brittany studied International Tourism & Hospitality in college, and her background working in hotels and behind the scenes of numerous events has equipped her with the ability to overcome any obstacle imaginable. Brittany is a natural problem-solver who advocates for her couples at every step, working tirelessly to bring their vision to life. She ensures that no element is overlooked, giving every couple the confidence that their day will unfold seamlessly.

Through thoughtful design and intentional storytelling, she creates celebrations that feel elevated, personal, and seamlessly executed. We believe beautiful weddings are not just about aesthetics they are about flow, guest experience, and thoughtful planning behind the scenes. Our process is highly organized and intentional, allowing couples to feel confident knowing that every element has been carefully considered.	Partial planning is ideal for couples who have already started the planning process but want professional support to bring everything together. We step in to refine your vision, recommend trusted vendors, assist with logistics, and ensure every detail is cohesive. We help streamline decisions, strengthen your timeline, and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and effortlessly.	Months leading up to the wedding, we step in to review your plans, confirm vendors, finalize the timeline, and ensure everything is organized. On the wedding day, we oversee setup, manage vendors, and keep the timeline running smoothly so you, your family, and your guests can relax and fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics.

Brittany to the Rescue
If you are debating on whether or not to hire a wedding planner, just do it and work with Brittany. Brittany was our day of coordinator but she was more like a month of coordinator. We met at the venue a few weeks before the wedding to talk about logistics. Leading up to the event, she helped with getting my contracts from the vendors to the venue. She coordinated with hair and makeup and photography to make a schedule and keep us on track the day of. On our wedding day, she saved the day several times. I may have told my husband that he should leave the hotel to head to the venue at 4:15pm, the same time my bridesmaids and I were leaving (oops!). Brittany made sure that we didn’t bump into each other in the lobby. We ordered 2 uber black cars but only one showed and Brittany was there to help with transportation of the wedding party from the hotel to the venue. My florist fell short and did not put flowers on the cake as discussed. Britanny jumped in and did an impromptu cake decoration. Any stress I may have experienced was fleeting as Brittany was there to fix all things immediately. As our day of coordinator, she was truly an asset to our day. My only regret is that I didn’t have a wedding planner and that it wasn’t Brittany

Brittany Blanchard events... where do I even start? Her work doesn't begin on the wedding day, and that's what sets her apart. I had the pleasure of working with her as the DJ for a wedding she coordinated, and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire planning process, making sure I had everything I needed well before the event started. On the day of, she stayed on top of every detail. She consistently checked in with me as the program progressed to keep us aligned and on the same page. What really impressed me was how she handled the inevitable last-minute changes. Whenever there was a shift in the schedule, she communicated it quickly and gave me enough time to adjust seamlessly. Because of her coordination, what could have been stressful moments passed without the guests ever noticing. The whole event felt completely effortless. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is organized, communicative, and truly dedicated to making your day perfect, Brittany is the one. Highly recommend!

A Vision, 3 Months, and Brittany to the Rescue!
Working with Brittany was lovely! I was a 2025 bride who had to plan her entire wedding in three months (I know!) While my husband and I were able to handle most of the planning, we needed more professional assistance in making sure our vision would be executed. We also had a tight budget and weren't sure our vision would reasonably align with our budget...or if we could even afford to bring on a wedding coordinator. After meeting with Brittany, she took all my concerns into consideration and made me realize that one way or another, I would have my wedding! I already knew Brittany personally, and I had seen her in action online and in person. I had been rooting for her on the sidelines for some time, but this time, I wanted to support her in supporting me. I couldn't think of anyone I could trust more to guide me through the final stages of my wedding month! Professional, soft spoken, and kind, Brittany was a wonderful month of coordinator. She listened to my requests carefully, read all my emails patiently, and responded promptly to each one. She also did well to listen to, and accept constructive feedback from me, with a smile and understanding ears. On the days leading up to my wedding, and on my special day, Brittany was there to oversee and ensure everything went according to plan. And when it didn't, she was there to reassure me everything would be okay and intervened when questions were flying my way. In the end, our wedding was a success! Out of all our vendors, Brittany was easily one of the most professional ones who continued to show up with a positive attitude. For jumping in on short notice and helping this overwhelmed bride, I will be forever thankful. I will continue to root for this boss lady, as she continues to root for every bride she works with. My Vibe Executed to Perfection
I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Blanchard Events for a milestone birthday celebration last year, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From our very first meeting, Brittany took the time to really understand my vision. She listened carefully, took detailed notes, and brought creative ideas to the table that elevated certain aspects while beautifully complementing others. Seamless Day of Coordination
We had the absolute best experience with Brittany and her team! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm presence made such a difference. We appreciated that she made sure to understand and honor our wishes for our wedding day. She communicated clearly with everyone involved and made sure that we, along with our families, could truly relax and enjoy the day. We found her prices to be very reasonable but, the peace of mind she gave my now husband and I was truly priceless.
