When we first decided to have our ceremony and reception at two separate locations, and eventually realized we would be working with around ten different vendors, I didn’t fully understand how essential an experienced day-of coordinator would be until late in the planning process. Looking back, I’m so grateful I had the foresight to book with MB Events. I worked with Caroline, and she was truly my rock on our wedding day. She communicated clearly and consistently and brought such a calm, genuine presence that immediately put me at ease. We had a few last-minute changes with some guests who were unable to attend while another one was added at the last minute. Caroline handled everything by coordinated directly with the venue to remove chairs and add name cards without needing any prompting from me. “My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Jamie. We only had a 3 month engagement, so it was crunch time pretty much the entire time we were planning. We hired Jamie 2 months prior to the wedding, and she made everything so stress free.
