Our role is to bring structure to the process so couples feel supported, organized, and confident from start to finish. With 10 years in hotel and event operations, Danielle brings both planning expertise and logistical experience to every wedding. From vendor coordination and timeline development to managing the flow of the wedding day itself, every detail is thoughtfully organized so couples can stay present and enjoy the experience.

Wedding Management is designed for couples who have planned their wedding and want experienced leadership for the final phase and wedding day. Best of the Best
Danielle wasn’t directly my wedding planner but I worked with her at my job several years ago! She wanted to help be a part of the planning process and I was so grateful for her help! I planned most of my wedding myself but having her there to lean on and bounce ideas and recommendations off of was really what I didn’t know I needed. She would go out of her way to find different options and price points for me to help save in any way and my goodness I needed that help and organization! She kept things real and did not sugar coat anything which I genuinely appreciated. I can’t wait to recommend her to my sister who will hopefully be engaged in the next few years!

A true professional when we needed it most
During such an uncertain time with COVID, planning a wedding felt nearly impossible. Our original wedding was supposed to take place in Massachusetts, but the regulations there were extremely restrictive, and we quickly realized we needed a new plan. New Hampshire had much more relaxed guidelines, so we began searching there and honestly, we were ready to give up and just have our wedding anywhere. Then we met Danielle. From the moment we connected, everything changed. She found us a venue in New Hampshire that we absolutely fell in love with it ended up being more perfect than we ever imagined. She handled all of our hotel planning, organized our room blocks, and arranged transportation to and from the venue to ensure everything ran seamlessly. During an already stressful time, Danielle made sure I felt zero stress. She was calm, organized, prompt, and completely on point with every detail. We truly cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond, I would absolutely recommend Danielle without hesitation.

Danielle is AMAZING!!
Danielle is by far the best wedding planner I’ve had the pleasure of knowing! I first met Danielle when planning my wedding, and she is really the piece that sold me on booking my wedding venue. She was always organized, friendly, responsive, and super knowledgeable about all things wedding! She was able to help bring our ideas and dreams to reality and truly made planning our wedding as beautiful and stress free as possible! Unfortunately, our wedding was supposed to happen at the beginning of COVID, and she helped us replan 2 different times to accommodate the different rules and regulations and still make our day feel just as special. Danielle truly goes above and beyond at her job, and I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone looking to plan a wedding!

From the very first day, Danielle was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. She ensured every detail was taken care of to make our wedding perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting quality work, even though we didn't have a huge budget to spend. We are so happy we booked with her!

Our role is to create structure that allows the quiet, meaningful, and unscripted moments to unfold naturally. Rather than designing for spectacle, we plan your wedding experience so it feels personal and present from start to finish.

Working with Solstice removes the pressure of having to know what to do next. Couples often come to us feeling overwhelmed by decisions, timelines, and the responsibility of coordinating people and details. Our role is to carry that responsibility by managing communication, guiding decisions, and anticipating what’s needed so you’re not constantly problem-solving along the way.

We approach the planning process in phases so nothing feels rushed or reactive. From the beginning, we establish a clear foundation and move through planning in a thoughtful sequence, addressing the right decisions at the right time. This approach creates predictability and momentum, allowing planning to feel steady rather than chaotic.

We believe fewer, well-considered options lead to better decisions. Rather than presenting endless choices, we narrow possibilities, explain tradeoffs clearly, and offer recommendations based on experience. This allows decisions to feel manageable and confident instead of exhausting and helps couples move forward without ever feeling stuck.

Couples can be as involved as they’d like in creative and meaningful decisions, while trusting us to manage logistics, coordination, and follow-through. Our role is to ensure you’re involved where it matters most and not burdened by details that don’t need your attention. Many couples find this balance allows them to enjoy the process without feeling consumed by it.

A smooth wedding day comes from preparation, clear roles, and strong on-site leadership. We focus on pacing, transitions, and communication so the day unfolds naturally without the couple or their guests managing logistics.
