“I cannot say enough good things about Gabby and Claudio Cakes! I found Gabby on Zola while planning our 120-person wedding. Though I reached out to other bakers, Gabby stood out with her variety of items, designs, and services. I am an indecisive person, so when I contacted Gabby, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted: a small cake and a dessert table. Gabby’s excellent communication skills helped us find exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with her creativity. Gabby met with us for a tasting, where we got to try an impressive selection of cake combinations. From what I recall, she offered more choices than any other baker we considered. While we aren’t typically cake people, every single thing we tasted was absolutely delicious. Our wedding was in Ventura County, and Gabby was able to provide delivery from LA. Our wedding started later than usual, and Gabby was flexible with a later delivery time, which was a huge help since our wedding was outdoors—we didn’t want desserts melting before the reception started. Even our coordinator mentioned how great this was since it’s not a standard service. In the end, we ordered around 19 dozen assorted pastries and a small cake for photos. The desserts were such a hit that they were gone almost immediately, and even months later, guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. Some even mentioned being disappointed they didn’t get to try anything because the treats disappeared so quickly. Throughout the whole process, Gabby was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated flawlessly. I truly wish all my vendors were as amazing as her. I highly, highly recommend Gabby, and I’m just waiting for another event to work with her again. Thank you so much, Gabby, for making our day so dreamy!”

“Our wedding venue recommended Natasha's Treats, and we were so glad they did! Working with her was seamless, from our first communication with her to the beautiful finished product on our wedding day. She was so kind, communicative, and professional. Our reception was outdoors and there was some concern about our cake being in the sun for several hours, which required some coordinating with the venue about when the cake should be delivered. Natasha took it upon herself to talk directly with the venue in the week leading up to the wedding, insisting that it was not something she wanted us to have to worry about, and for that I was so grateful! Our cake was delicious, and we got many compliments on it. Prior to the wedding, we'd ordered a tasting box from her, and all six of the classic flavors we sampled were excellent. We went with just one flavor for our three-tiered cake since my husband and I both agreed on which was our favorite. If you look through Natasha's photos on Instagram, you will see that she does absolutely beautiful work. We chose a simple design with textured lines, since we were going for a simple, clean look for our cake. She also has her prices listed on her website, which was appreciated, and her prices are very competitive and worth the investment. I highly recommend Natasha's Treats!”

While our Red Velvet cake was absolutely delicious on the inside, and she added extra cookies to the cake after our follow-up consultation. We learned a tough lesson about deep-colored frosting. Cheryl warned us about the impacts of using heavy dye to achieve a burgundy exterior (as we wanted to avoid fondant), and we should have listened! The exterior ended up with a bit of a chemical taste and stained everything it touched. Take our advice: Cheryl knows her stuff! If she makes a suggestion on color or texture, trust her expertise—you’ll be in great hands. Aside from our own misunderstanding, the service and cake quality were wonderful.”

“Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. Every single dessert we sampled was scrumptious - it was difficult to choose only a handful for our wedding reception! “Shannon is the best! She made us a giant cake for our wedding, and it was the most beautiful and tasty thing I have ever seen/eaten. We are still getting compliments from our guests about our cake and how awesome it was! Shannon was one of the most easy people to work with, from scheduling our tasting, to mock-ups of the cake vision, to payment. She made it so easy to make sure our dog was on the cake! She is in constant communication with you, which I sincerely appreciated. I never had to worry about our cake making it to where it needed to be or looking perfect! She also made the most delicious cupcakes for the grooms cake and was very flexible on how we would have them displayed. She's the best!
