    Blown away! Stunning and tasty!

    We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding baker! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible. The tasting experience was super easy and stunning. Our traditional tiered cake was stunning, elegant, beautifully crafted, and topped with sugar flowers that were so realistic that I genuinely thought they were fake at first. The level of detail and artistry was beyond anything we imagined. I had tears in my eyes when I saw her bring in the cake. What truly set our baker apart, though, was her willingness to take on something completely unique. We asked for a “bleeding armadillo” cake inspired by Steel Magnolias (not exactly a typical wedding request but if you know, you know) and even though she wasn’t familiar with it, she absolutely nailed it! Not only did it look fantastic, but it was also delicious and a huge hit with our guests. After the tasting, we requested that the red velvet be a little darker for the effect of the bleeding armadillo from the movie. Again, she surpassed our expectations. Her creativity, skill, and dedication made our wedding desserts are truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who can deliver both classic elegance and fun, personalized designs, we wholeheartedly recommend her! Attached picture were taken from a guest as I have not received pictures from my wedding photographer yet.

When our guests took their first bite, the compliments started pouring in—almost everyone told us it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had.     Awesome Custom Armadillo Cake

    My fiancée had one request - he wanted the armadillo groom’s cake inspired by the cake in Steel Magnolias. Yessie made and delivered the perfect rendition - and everybody loved it - right down to the red velvet insides and layers that looked like ribs. Her communication and delivery were excellent. Thank you! It was one of our favorite things about our wedding.

    My wedding cake

    Yessie Confections made my wedding cake. From the very beginning, she was always attentive to any questions I had. I always ask a lot of questions, and she was so patient with me, haha. She gave me a very good price, designed the cake exactly as I requested, and the final result was even more beautiful than I imagined. The photo doesn't do it justice. The flavor was delicious; all my guests raved about how amazing the cake was. The cake was delivered on time, and everything looked beautiful. I'm so happy I chose Yessie Confections to make my cake, and I highly recommend her for any event.
