Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. The perfect baker for cake and treats!
We were thrilled with Gingerly Baked from start to finish. Amanda and her team were responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process, answering all our questions quickly and helping us nail down exactly what we wanted. When I showed her a cake she had made for another couple, she happily agreed to recreate it with a few tweaks to make it feel personal to us. The final product was stunning and tasted incredible—our guests couldn't stop raving about it. She really brought our vision to life and we couldn't have asked for a better dessert experience. Highly recommend!

BEST WEDDING DESSERTS
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our wedding dessert experience was with Amanda and her Gingerly Baked team. From the tasting process, figuring out the cake we wanted, to adding custom Biscoff mini desserts, everything was above and beyond what we could have imagined. Everything is baked with love and careful details. Amanda made sure to have a to-go box at the end of the night with 2 of each desserts in case you do not get to them during the party. If you want people to leave your wedding saying how amazing your desserts were, book with Gingerly Baked. We chose a small 2 tiered Chantilly cake and did 12 different mini desserts as a dessert bar for 100 people. Some of our favorites were the key lime pie cups, s'mores cake cups, Biscoff cookies, and chocolate chip sea sat cookies - yet there was not a dessert we didn't thoroughly enjoy. Thank you Amanda! We cannot wait to get an anniversary cake with you :)

BEST WEDDING BAKER
Amanda and the team at Gingerly Baked is absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, they were highly recommended by our venue, Black Canyon Inn, and it's easy to see why! Their status as a preferred vendor at Black Canyon Inn is well-deserved; they already had a great relationship with the venue, and even have several types of displays for couples to pick from, permanently on-site. This made the whole process so seamless. As a baker myself, I knew I couldn't create anything as impressive as what I wanted for our wedding. I was most excited to choose our baker, and Gingerly Baked exceeded all my expectations. It was so important to me that our cake was not only delicious but also a spectacular centerpiece. They listened to every detail and were so easy to work with on the customization. The result was a stunning and delicious cake, along with an array of amazing bites that our guests are still gushing about. If you're looking for a wedding baker who is not only talented but also an excellent listener, look no further. We absolutely loved them and can't recommend them enough! Best Wedding Desserts In Colorado
Gingerly Baked did a great job making our dessert dreams come true for our wedding reception. Their communication style was upscale and affordable, and the quality of their work was stylish yet delicious. We received a sample of each item well in advance to make our decision, and they provided solid communication and flexibility when planning. Then when it came time for the event, they accommodated us very well - we didn't have to worry about a thing with everything else going on! The Oreo cups were our favorite.

Outstanding Desserts and an Incredible Vendor
We cannot say enough good things about Gingerly Baked. From the very beginning, Amanda made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision. She is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what she does, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Every single item at our wedding was not only beautiful, but genuinely delicious. Our guests are still talking about them. One guest summed it up perfectly: “Oh, and… those desserts, my goodness.
