“Meticulous. Communicative. Organized. Friendly. Creative. These are all words to describe Sarah as the planner for our Honeymoon. Traveling to a different country we've never been to before was a bit overwhelming when we tried to plan it ourselves. Because where do you even begin? Obviously you want to see as much as you can, eat at the best restaurants, and not have to worry about if your hotel is too far from your next adventure. That's where Sarah saved us, and when I tell you she worked her magic I mean it! Not only did she maximize our tours and sightseeing, she made sure that our hotels and airbnbs were never too far away from original meeting points or out of our budget. We traveled to Scotland for 2 weeks and Ireland for 1 week, traversed multiple cities and towns with not a single hiccup in our travel itinerary plans. Sarah created a calendar spreadsheet along with key restaurants and eateries she thought we would be interested in, as well as drive time estimates amongst different routes which included multiple options of stops along the way depending on our mood for the day of what we would like to see. She is a witch, a wizard, a strategic genius that absolutely made our honeymoon the most perfect trip we have ever experienced in our life. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked!
