We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet. Here at the Franciscan Event Center in Centennial, Colorado we have everything you need to successfully host your next special event. We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. If you prefer to host your event outside, our outdoor facilities can comfortably fit over 500 people and we have tents available. We have the audio/visual equipment you require for presentations and table and chair arrangements suited for all types of occasions. We even have a 500 square foot dance floor in our newly renovated hall. At The Franciscan, we also have a wonderful and delicious onsite catering service, That Personal Touch Catering, that will handle all of your food and beverage needs.
