About this venue
Set against the majestic backdrop of the Colorado Rockies, Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat creates unforgettable weddings that blend rustic charm and natural elegance in perfect harmony. Our scenic mountain venue offers stunning indoor and outdoor spaces with direct access to the breathtaking Pike National Forest. Our 4,000 sq. ft. event center, scheduled for completion in late Spring 2026, features a spacious grand hall, two cozy fireplaces, private changing suites, restrooms, a shower, full AV capabilities, large-screen TVs, and a large outdoor deck. Guests can also enjoy overnight glamping accommodations and outdoor fire pits—all just steps from nature, ensuring every detail of your celebration is seamlessly accommodated. We offer all-inclusive wedding packages, including optional wellness experiences such as yoga, hiking, sauna, cold plunge, sound baths, and more. Always pet-friendly, our family run ranch provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere surrounded by the beauty of the Rockies.

Always pet-friendly, we welcome your four-legged companions. Please note: construction to enclose the building will be completed by Spring 2026.

Wonderful venue nestled in the Colorado Mountains
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat. Tucked beside Pike National Forest, the venue is surrounded by nature and created a truly enchanting setting for our special event. Steve and Jennifer were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for an unforgettable place to host a wedding or special celebration, we wholeheartedly recommend Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat!

Memorable Venue in the Colorado Mountains
The team at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were easy to talk to, very helpful, attentive, kind, and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was amazing - the highest quality space we could have asked for and an amazing value too. They made our wedding truly memorable by providing outstanding service and being attentive to every detail and request we had. The ceremony site bordering the beautiful Pike National Forest, with towering pines and aspen trees stands, was the perfect backdrop for us to exchange our vows.
