Where do I even begin? Sarah is not just my wedding planner, Sarah has become of my friends through this months-long wedding planning process. When I first reached out to SGS Events, Sarah sent me a questionnaire that made it clear she wanted to get to know me and my fiancé on a personal level. Sarah is professional, while being open. She is calm, while assertive when necessary. She leads with her heart and this is shown in the work she does. Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day what it was. From venue changes to guest count changes to typical family drama and more, Sarah handled each pivot and new challenge with patience and understanding. What began as a 30 person dinner turned into a 55 person welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party. Sarah is the reason it went off without a hitch. Her communication with me was so natural. She was always quick to respond to emails and sending voice memos helped keep us both updated throughout the busier times of planning. Planning with Sarah didn't feel like a chore, but an experience. This is what I desired as I wanted to be a little more in the weeds on design stuff, but I know Sarah could easily handle all of the design herself. She has a beautiful eye for decor and detail. We were working with a brand new venue and Sarah basically worked with the venue to create brand new spaces that fit our vision. Sarah designed a new ceremony space in a wooded area on the property and a custom reception space on the lawn. She also designed our table-scapes using pre-owned decor that she sourced (she has a passion for sustainability that aligned so well with my values). She is also a talented florist and did the florals for our rehearsal dinner. We got so many compliments on everything. I mean, Sarah simply nailed it. I can't say this enough. On top of all of this, Sarah is just a beautiful person. Inside and out, her passion and kindness shines through. She simply loves people and she cares for her couples deeply. As an Indian bride, I felt so seen by her. Her Mexican heritage and traditions brought an inherent empathy for fusion and international couples and the unique challenges and situations multi-cultural weddings entail. My advice to other couples: 1) Hire the vendors Sarah recommends. She knows her stuff and things are smoother when your vendors know and trust each other. She recommended our caterer and it was hands down the best wedding food we've ever had. She has so many amazing contacts. 2) Try to hire Sarah before you even have a venue picked. She can help you scout it helps when your vendors already know the location. 3) You almost certainly need more than a day-of coordinator. I can't imagine going through all of this without Sarah, and I "only" held a micro-wedding. Hands-down the best money we spent on our wedding was Sarah.

We had a big Indian wedding with multiple events, lots of moving parts, and many cultural traditions, and Your Perfect Bridesmaid, especially our amazing planner Jenah, absolutely crushed it. We cannot recommend Saige and her team enough! Our wedding was July 26th, 2025 at Mountain Field Farms in Palmer, AK. We had 130 guests, with nearly half traveling up for our wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more. We met with several wedding planners to find the right fit, and it was clear from the beginning that Saige was the most experienced and the best one to bring our vision to life. I won’t lie – I’m a bit Type A ;) – and she handled the entire planning process with grace, calmness and professionalism. We would often come to her with our half-baked ideas and she knew how to refine and execute them into something cohesive (and stunning!). It was really fun working and co-creating together. Apart from the decor, rentals, and timeline planning, she also provided us with great resources early on – like obtaining your marriage license, an AK travel guide (so useful for all of our out-of-state guests), tips and tricks guide, etc. I was also so impressed by the way she worked with all of our vendors. You can tell they really respect and enjoy working with her. We had zero worries on our wedding day and were reassured knowing that everything was handled and in Saige’s care. We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!

My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!

Philly, the owner of Prologue Events, is exactly the wedding planner/coordinator/florist/friend you need in your life. She does it all, which is very convenient so you don't have to communicate with a bunch of different vendors. For us, she worked on our Chinese/Tea Ceremony day and Western Ceremony day. She has lots of experience working with cultural weddings and is familiar with many traditional customs. Early on, she created a mood board for floral arrangements and tablescape, which made it easy to trust and align with her. From beginning to end, she made the 1 year we spent wedding planning sane and somewhat enjoyable. She broke down tasks for us, allowing us to focus on one task at a time, and gave us lots of vendor suggestions to choose from. Philly REALLY shined on our wedding weekend, which was 3 days. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we had breaks, set up every detail of the venue, patiently worked with our large hectic families, and packed up all of our belongings for us at the end of the night. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scene footages since we didn't carry our phones. We trusted Philly in executing and she delivered! She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and took on a lot of the logistical stress.
