I’m Sadie, and I’m an expert wedding planner who’s been designing weddings and planning events of all types since I first started in 1999 in San Diego. Now I’m a full time wedding planner and lead floral and event designer for my boutique planning business since 2017.

I don’t plan redundant events or partner with only a few venues. I plan and design weddings of all sizes and types anywhere in Oregon, California or Washington. Although I have a team by my side on your wedding day, when you work with Vareus you get the benefit of knowing you will work directly with me throughout your planning process and on your big day.

    Best Wedding Planner!

    Hiring Sadie to be our wedding planner, day of cOordinator, and florist was one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding! She is very knowledgeable of great vendors, logistics, and has a keen eye for design while being very easy to talk to. 0n the big day, she kept the stress off of my wife and I.     Vareus events is a MUST!

    Sadie did an amazing job on our wedding flowers.  She was very responsive and helped bring my vision to life.   She truly went above and beyond, everyone kept commenting about how beautiful the flowers and arrangements were. I would definitely work with Sadie again for future life events.
