“If I could describe my experience working with Amanda and the dessert selection she helped us pick in one word, I would say WOW! She truly is a master at her craft and the desserts did not disappoint! My now husband and I decided on a small two-tiered wedding cake with a wide variety of desserts, all which Amanda offered. From raspberry Linzer cookies and cannoli to key lime mousse cups and red velvet mini cupcakes, we had something that would appeal to every guest. Amanda even offers vegan options, which was great for our guests with dietary restrictions. And let me say that we received so many compliments on the dessert selections! My absolute favorite was the wedding cake though. One tier was lemon raspberry flavored, and the 2nd tier was strawberry passion fruit, AND the cake had delicious crunchy bites that added texture. We fortunately had leftover cake that we took with us and were able to enjoy with family the days following our wedding! Amanda is an absolute joy to work with and she puts in a lot of thought and effort into her craft! “I first ordered from the Cakery when my youngest daughter was 3 for her birthday. I ordered a cake and cake pops. Let me tell you I have never tasted a cake so good in my life. Icing was not overly sweet like most place do and the cake itself is moist and delicious. I have now solely used Laura for all of our families cake needs. We have been customers for 5 years now! She guided us through tasting samples and consultation calls with so much care, always staying considerate of our needs, making customizations, and advising us exactly where necessary. While our Red Velvet cake was absolutely delicious on the inside, and she added extra cookies to the cake after our follow-up consultation. We learned a tough lesson about deep-colored frosting. Cheryl warned us about the impacts of using heavy dye to achieve a burgundy exterior (as we wanted to avoid fondant), and we should have listened! The exterior ended up with a bit of a chemical taste and stained everything it touched. Take our advice: Cheryl knows her stuff! If she makes a suggestion on color or texture, trust her expertise—you’ll be in great hands. Aside from our own misunderstanding, the service and cake quality were wonderful.”

“Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. To start, they offer the option of a virtual consultation for the tasting, which makes it super easy and convenient for busy people like my husband and I. I told Alison exactly what I was looking for and she delivered! She was so easy to talk to, flexible to get us what we wanted, and quick! Plus, she was very on top of things making sure our venue got their insurance, communicating with our wedding planner, etc. My husband and I were so happy we went with them. We loved our wedding cake, all the flavors from the tasting were so good we went with pretty much all of them, and they were so kind to leave us a sweet handwritten card with a mini cake for my husband and I to take home (we decided to freeze it and have it on our one year anniversary :)).
